Last two times coming here have not been positive. The 1st the fries were cold and the teen taking the order kept messing it up. Even after repeated the order back wrong we corrected him and still replied wrong. And obviously order came out wrong. Today the order came out correct except fries were cold and large fry came out less than the regular. I asked the teen girl why this is she just said don’t know and walked away.
Everything came out accurately. The food was consistent with Whataburger's quality. I ordered the Honey Barbecue Chicken Strip Sandwich. There were no issues. The wife got herself a Whataburger sandwich with fries. The fries and the sandwich were good quality. No complaints here. We came at a busy time, yet service was fast! 5/5 stars!
The food was great! Service was not a good experience. The person taking the order got confused about the end of my order. I realized this after I was missing a drink from the cups given to me. I asked about the extra items that I ordered, and she was confused. I ordered them again. The ice dispenser, out front, was out of ice. I asked the same associate for ice from the back and was given attitude. I am sorry that her day was not a better one.
Shout out to Immanuel. I sponsor an environmental group at Foy H Moody High School, Corpus Christi, Texas. We were doing a beach clean up, and eating lunch a Whataburger. I had about 60 people, kids and chaperones. I spoke to a manager that Friday. She gave me a name of the manager for the next day. I called that morning, spoke with Immanuel, we set a time for us to roll though with 2 busloads of people. We ended up showing up 30 minutes earlier. I called him an informed him that we were coming in early. Immanuel said "no problem". We get there and everything was set up. They passed out cups, place the food on the rack. Kid passed by, grabbed their lunch and soda and headed out. It was smooth as butter. Well done. We'll be back, I mean that's the one we go to after field trips, so yeah.
Very clean restaurant. Super friendly service that is fast and attentive. Like most Whataburgers the food is hot and delicious. The drive through here is the busiest but they are fast and correct on their orders.
Normally a great experience I love Whataburger but last night if they didn't have fresh coffee They should have said so. Instead they microwave some old coffee they had in back and poured it in the cup They offered to make it fresh but it was too late I was in a rush. Next time there's no fresh coffee just let us know you don't have fresh coffee.
I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and no one even came out, and there were 2 other customers that said they'd been waiting on their food before i got there and that its a daily thing. If it's that busy, hire more people, or hire people that move their behinds. I don't want your cut and paste response about customer satisfaction either, do something about it
These burgers are HUGE! Never had one until now, tasty and fresh for fast food. Tried the wings, delicious!
