I was very surprised by how good it was for fast food. I remember having food here when I was younger and not liking it. It's hard to find a fast food place where you can get a grilled chicken sandwich nowadays. The sauce was good.
We came in on our way home from Texas to Alabama and stopped in for a few burgers. The lady behind the counter, Celestine, was very friendly and professional and accomodated us very well. Very rare in today's fast food world.
We are Native Texans and absolutely love our Whataburgers. This location (and I would hope it was just a bad day) is a POOR representation of a true Whataburger. My hamburger was slightly above room temperature and definitely precooked and laid around until I ordered it. The kicker is my special order burger was made incorrectly and the second burger was just as bad as the first. BUT WAIT, there is more. The second burger was made WRONG! They where very friendly and quickly add a second patty to the second burger (made it a double). You guessed it, yet another precooked room temperature patty. It was not warm enough to melt the cheese. Enough about the hamburger, the fries were just as bad. I dislike being so negative, so the best part of the trip to Whataburger was I got to spend it with my loving wife and for that, I thank you.
I truly wish these managers and owners would understand, as a consumer, we do not mind waiting for fresh, hot food. The sad part is we will never return to this location to find out if they take this heartfelt suggestion and implemented it.

I had grab some dinner from there. The manager Ms Christie N was very helpful and understanding to my needs and wants. She is a great representation of what a great manger and hard worker is. Because of her I'm a customer forlife
Can’t even remember the damn fries in a combo. Get back home to find a burger with nothing else. Never again will I visit this location ????
I go here regularly for the chocolate shakes--best combination of quality and price that I know of. The sweet and spicy burger is also very good. There are very few fast food places that I still frequent, and Whataburger is in those few that remain.
Clean, staff very invested in making the experience as enjoyable as possible,,foods better than most places serving fast food, and the service at this store second to none. Even the bathroom was clean and stocked,...I'm a fan now, that's for sure.
Holy moly my burger and wings were hot and delicious at 4am. I literally looked at her name tag to include her in the review, feel bad I can't place it now, but the woman with first initial "M" has been so so so friendly during the late nights, smiling and patient with my order and I gotta say it makes a difference and is so refreshing when youre hungry after a 9 hour shift. Thank you and I'm sorry for forgetting your name Miss M!!
