3 meals for 40 bucks and not one was right. How hard is it? Tonight we got a double meat cheeseburger with meat, cheese, mayo n bread only. What we got was a single meat dry bread n meat only. Patty melt, no onions, came with onions, and another burger no onions that came with onions. Like take the ear buds out at work and quit playing grab ass. Never fails when we go to any Whataburger in mesquite, we have problems. Missing items, wrong Items, or extremely long wait times: I don’t know why we keep trying.
My brother was in town from the Eastcoast. We made 2 trips in the am and at 11pm. Service was AMAZING...FOOD SUPERB! My brother left SATISFIED, and now understands the goodness! He also asked why are the drinks so BIG???? It's simple, Texas does EVERYTHING BIG!

Drive thru order sunday 12-8-2024. Got the chickrn strips with Gravy they did not include the Gravy even though its on my receipt, i eas charged for it and drivethru confirmed order on the speaker, bad service. 3chicken strips fried, a bread and the gravy you had one job, i mean c'mon how hard is it?
Cory blessed my busy morning with a smile and a positive attitude. He re-made my coffee without a grumble. I don’t get to have take-out often because bills are high and I can’t ever afford it so I really wanted this morning to be a special treat for me and he made sure it was. Thank you Cory. Put in a curbside order for a burger, fries, drink, and shake. Simple order. Waited for 20 minutes in the curbside spot before finally getting frustrated enough to go in (after seeing plenty of people who came after me get their food and leave), to find that my food had been ready for a while and was now cold. The cashier thankfully got it remade relatively quickly. Absolutely abysmal service and there's no excuse for it.
One of the better Water A Burgers around, they’re usually busy which keeps the food on a fresh rotation. The only time I’ve been slightly disappointed with this location is when it was slow. But luckily, this place usually stays fairly busy since it’s right near the highway I-35 Whataburger is known for being slow. This one’s actually fairly fast. I got a good crew working there. They have been for years so that rings ofgood management.
Great food here. Had the patty melt, with fries,vand a sweet Tea. All were excellent. I tried the unsweetened tea also, and it was great. Tea is fresh, unlike some competition. I will be back Whataburger!
