This was my husband and I very first time trying this establishment. It took awhile to be greeted but when we were approached by the manager on 3rd shift she made us forget that we've been waiting. She was very respectful and showed great customer service. We enjoyed everything about the food except for those chicken fingers. I only got a 3 piece and they looked like they were off a kidz menu lol. I need those grown WOMEN tenders lol. Other than that everything was hot and fresh. We will Def be coming back again indeed ????????????????
First time eating at this Whataburger and it was great. Ordered my burger like I always do and it was perfect. Friendly service too. They had someone walking to lobby checking up on customers.
Was very busy during lunch and they still had my order up in a couple of minutes.
It is a very very perfect and peaceful place to eat at 10/10 customer service and Angelo (worker) was very nice. Food was amazing and it is a classical very delicious, perfect clean environment.
Went into this facility and asked for a double burger with cheese. When my husband began eating his burger there was no cheese so he went back into the facility to let them know about their error. The server went into the back and came out with two cold pieces of cheese to put on his burger. When he asked about the two cold pieces of cheese they told him to bring the burger he'd already taken a bite out of so they could put the cheese on the Burger.
I believe this facility needs to go through Servsafe and corporate should do a check as well. Not only does this not follow sanitation guidelines, but shows poor customer service.
I personally wouldn’t even give a star. Never even tried this restaurant until tonight with my girlfriend and I get a burger with literally no meat on it. Sad! Whoever is responsible, way to make a first impression. Never eating at any whataburger again props to your employee
As far as fast food places go they’re pretty good. I can only think of one instance where the order wasn’t entirely complete and that was only the absence of spicy ketchup. Food may take awhile sometimes but it’s always freshly prepared. Worth the wait if there is one…
I’ve been to Whataburger a few times over the years. This was the first time my family had been there though.
The food was hot and fresh. It was really good. I got a double cheeseburger and fries. The fries were super fresh and great.
The service was great. From the counter service to them bringing around condiments and napkins, they were on it. Greeting people coming in and leaving was a nice touch.
I wish we had these where we lived.
Wow! First time having a burger from Whattaburger. I now know where I can get the best fast food burger in town. What I just ate was probably better than some of the boutique burgers found in expensive burger joints around town. The burger I just ate tonight was HUGE. It can easily feed two lol. On top of the excellent food, I want to give mention about the AMAZING customer service that we received at this store in Tigertown. The young man who tended to our order was courteous and so very helpful. This gentleman gave better service than most of the sitdown restaurant servers...all without even receiving a tip. To top it off, the place was clean. Highly recommend this place for some good burgers. ???? **just realized the burger was upside down lol...it came packaged in the wrapper upside down. Not much of an issue, since it tasted amazing regardless.**
