The service was great. Von took my order and was kind and personable. I had the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burg. It was so darn good as well as big! It almost covered my entire hand. I recommend this location.
Whataburger seems like it's always busy. I did go during lunch hours. The store was well staffed. I still had to wait a bit more than I like to but I did place 3 separate orders to go so I guess that's ok. The soda machine was down so my only drink options were tea, zero sugar lemonade or Powerade.

Stay away from these heavily breaded boneless wings. Too late to complain after I ate most of them. 2 stars for small portions and they were not even warm. Compared to the ketchup pack, I could fit two in there. Smdh
The service was very slow. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant, yet others who arrived later received their food much quicker. It took us 20 minutes to get our order. We were the third customer in the restaurant, and several employees were gathered at the front chatting. A gentleman from UPS was behind us, and they completely overlooked his order; five people who came in after him were served before he was. After waiting for a long time, he requested a refund, but the man at the counter refused.
Came here for 4 meals and thought we'd be in and out pretty quick. We ended up waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of us. Once we were able to order we pulled forward, paid, and were told to pull up around the front.
Now, I understand that Whataburger is made fresh to order, but when you're waiting 45 minutes for food without a dinner rush going on it makes me wonder why it takes 45 minutes to make food. So we sat and we sat and when we finally had enough after 30 minutes we asked for a refund, to which they replied "we're just waiting on your fries". Add a other 15 minutes for a total of 45 and we FINALLY got all of our food.
By the time we made it home the 5 minutes away it was obviously not fresh anymore and was room temperature because of all the waiting. This location has severely went down hill over these past few years and I don't think we'll be back. I'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere because this place ain't it ????????
I sometimes stop here before 6:00 in the morning and get breakfast. Every time I use this location my food is at least 10 to 15 minutes late and there's no one there. There have been times I stopped here and they don't even know I have an order that I'm picking up for myself because they have never checked their machines. I don't understand what they're doing that they're not working and paying attention to what's going on the staff on the night shift definitely could not work a busy lunch shift
A nearly 15 minute wait on my lunch hour for a lukewarm burger patty, only 1 Ketchup, no straw, and no napkins. Perfect for a quick bite in my car. Won't be back, every whataburger is awful now.
