Decided to ride thru Whataburger around the 10 am hour for breakfast on Saturday. Okay, it's busy. The drive thru lanes weren't packed but the wait was long.
They have two lines but we were asked to wait for our meal. Unfortunately there is a partition supporting a tent cover so cars can't go around other vehicles. We decided to drive around and pull into the second line to let other drivers out.
Our meal was hot and good. The pancakes are huge! That means they require a few syrup packets. I had the Breakfast Burger, which is the best of all breakfast food worlds.
I will say one thing, the gentleman at the window was nice. But my order was wrong!
I paid for bacon on my burger and no bacon was put in it!! No straws in the bag.. I’ll be calling back for a refund of my whole order.
The speed of service in the evening consistently does not meet expectations. I ordered n advance through the app and the meal was suppose to be ready in 9 minutes. I am sitting in the driveway now and it has been 17 minutes.

Kezla was disappointing, absolutely no communication or emotion. Literally said not a word during the curbside interaction and rushingly handled the food. Forgot the drinks so I had to call and remind them to which she literally stood there and pushed the drinks in my hand.
Juan the other day was great even had the sauces to give during pickup. How the staffing is hit or miss is worrisome.
One of the workers and a customer got into a screaming match in front of me at the counter. This particular location likes to argue with their customers. They definitely need a new manager over there to properly train their staff on customer etiquette.
Came in with family to get the free shakes on their 75th anniversary. The manager didn't bother looking at our receipts to give us our last shake. We ordered 5 and only gave us 4 and the last ones were small instead of medium. She gave us attitude and told us she was done making shakes. Brushed us off and we left disappointed and disgusted by the poor customer service we got. Never coming here again.
Everything was Just as we Love from a Whataburger! Service was Great and prompt! Food was prepared excellent! We came super hungry after long day of Dance Competition!
Ordered tonight and it's horrible. Fries cold, missing gravy for chicken strips, and food was tossed in the bag like trash. Patty melt not fresh and hot.
