The #4 jalipino Wat-a- burger was awesome as evident I ate it B4 I took a pick of it. Wow! It was the spot!!! The employees all ganged up in2 2 groups and tense words flew for a min tonight but ended up all-good. ????????????????
Ordered a caramel iced coffee .. 10/10!!
it was my first time trying it i asked the lady what flavor she would recommend to me and it did not disappoint!! i love iced coffee and this is one of my favorites ! the lady at the register was so so sweet as well !
Food had a nice flavor. It was hot and freshly prepared. Unfortunately, they forgot to give us our chicken strips. So we had to drive back a couple of miles to retrieve them.
Came in at 6o'clock in the am. Wasn't busy. They took my order quickly, and food came out just as quick. The order was correct and delicious
As a doordash driver.... it's unacceptable to arrive at the store and literally wait 20 minutes every single time. Watching people order their food and get it before we get ours that was ordered way ahead. Then watch them take 10 minutes to put little stickers on the bag and find a pen to write the names. You realize we're only making like 5 bucks... I don't work for $5 an hour. I will unnassign your order and you'll have to wait longer and I really don't like doing that.
I suggest not ordering doordash from this store unless you want to wait a very long time for cold food.
I ordered on line got to the window and had to wait 15minute no one there I went at 5:30 am I noticed them putting my order together whata burger Jr combo and onion rings fries in bag before anything else I saw my onion rings the drive threw guy put in bag dropped some was gonna pick them up till he saw I saw him finally got food gross just gross cold fries burger looked stepped on took picture called store Jerry offered me to get more food are you kidding me No I want my money back called customer care and filed a complaint on internet still no money back
Sadly we’ve had bad experiences with management at this store. We’ve been charged before and they refused to make our food. We did not receive a refund either. We will not be returning.
Prior to this we’ve had okay service, they usually take forever and food isn’t usually accurate but is typically made fresh and hot.
Whataburger serves good tasting food but this particular location is ridiculously slow at the drive through. Been here several times over the last few years and with the exception of breakfast being timely, afternoon and night time you can expect a 30 minute to 40 minute wait. 20 minutes in the drive through is them on a fast night. There's no reason "fast food" should be this slow. Customer service as far as employees being polite is decent but unless they are literally back there chasing a fresh cow to cook I see no reason food should take this long.
