Went through the drivethru today and unfortunately my order was wrong, I didnt realize until I was already home. However, after calling to see what could be done to fix the issue, the manager was so sweet and we came to a resolution. I've never had this issue at this location before so I just wanted to leave a review to remind people to be kind.
Sandwich cold and hard, fries some cold some hot. Lost 20 minutes of my lunch because I had to go back to get a replacement ????
The pricing most of the time doesn't match the sign, they overcharge for every little thing . The food is not even that good for the price it's ridiculous
About 4 yrs ago I got a burger that tasted like muscle rub. It was very very gross. Everytime I try to give this place another chance it reminds me why I do not like this place
Excellent service. Food was ready fast. Ketchup packs on the table! Restaurant is clean. They gave us plenty of napkins. They noticed I was confused looking at my receipt, so they came to us and fixed the issue (the issue was my fault — I make complicated and confusing orders). Bathroom was spacious and clean, but had a smell.
Great customer service! We couldn't fit thru the drive thru with our trailer and the lobby was already closed. I called the store, told them our dilemma and a woman came out to our truck and took our order and brought it back out to us. The food was really fresh and hot too.
Well a chocolate shake should be chocolate not vanilla and for me having to wait about 20 minutes the burgers should have been hot. This is their vanilla shake. It only take seconds to mix up.
The first thing I noticed was the place stank like dumpster trash, regardless of where I sat. The burger was good, but the onion rings were SUPER undercooked. Yuck.
