Listen if I drop $20 on a burger and milkshake I’d at least like my milkshake to be the full 32 ounces I paid $5 for. I showed the red haired girl the cup right after she handed it to me and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t take it back, she offered no resolution and then walked off. Like I know Whataburger employees don’t make a huge amount of money but I’m pretty sure everyone will agree that in today’s climate we want what we paid for fully. I just need y’all to care just a tiny little bit. Please!
The slowest fast food place we have ever been to. Waited in drive thru thirty minutes only 2 cars in line. Nobody was inside. They got every single burger wrong. We didn’t even get napkins to wipe off the mustard and pickles that we asked not to have. Completely ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Haven’t been to “Wuttah” in a long minute, and all I can say is,
“What a wonderfully delicious meal‼️”
Asked what Cashier recommends,
“Well, when I go on break, I’m going to have the chicken sandwich combo. That’s really good and what I would recommend.”
“Okay, but what about the spicy? Is it as good as Popeye’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich?”
“I haven’t tried theirs, but our Spicy is pretty good.”
“Okay, I think I will have the #12, but first I have to go check my sugar and shoot up. Oh, how big is a small shake [placed a 16 oz. styrofoam cup on counter], and do you actually add chocolate syrup and then mix them up?”
“Yes, and I make them up.”
“Cool; I’ll be right back.”
The freshly dropped breaded chicken breast and fries ???? were superb, and the shake brought me fond back-in-the-day memories of handmade A&W chocolate shakes delivered by shapely Carhops on skates.
Tonight’s presentation of my dining inside meal tray, sans ????s, was equally as pleasant and the perfect accompaniment to the Introduction and Chapter 1 of the interlibrary loan book that I picked up today from the Flora Library, i.e., The Nation That Never Was; Reconstructing America’s Story by Kermitt Roosevelt III [“...is a professor of constitutional law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. A former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice David Souter, he is the author of The Myth of Judicial Activism, as well as two novels, Allegiance and In the Shadow of the Law.”].

Wasn’t expecting much from earlier limp fries/lukewarm patties visits, but actually quite a kick as* well-dressed burger and CRISP onion rings! Even gave me the extra mustard I asked for. ???????? Minus 1 star ’cause no sear on the lukewarm patty—crank up the gas a lil folks!! Warm accolades for having Coke and Barq’s instead all those PepsiSLOW imitations. ????
Whataburger food is always good, maybe because its cooked when ordered. But the service on the other hand is hit or miss depending on the manager, the staff is often overwhelming and frustrated which leads to poor service during the lunch time rush. And the dine in is normally dirty due to this reason. And you are lucky to get onto the parking lot on Friday and Saturday night due to the place being so busy
I always like to have Whataburger every time we go on a road trip. I didn't even know they had locations in MS. I'm glad they do. I really enjoyed the food, and customer service is what you would expect from a 24 location.
Not the same there declining fast, people don't care about customers anymore...CHECK your bag bfr leaving the line or store..Food be old and cold, cheese not even melted so you know the burgers aren't fresh..Fries taste like everything.. grease needs to be changed out,this young generation just needs to stop applying for jobs,too nasty and lazy to work...
Large order of onion rings only had 2 complete rings, 3/4 of the next one and then a few crumbs :-( food wasn't as tasty as well :-(. Like a fool I tried them again..this time half my order was missing and the other half was under cooked. And they use to be so good :-(
Went in on yesterday to get a caramel latte shake, u went inside because the drive thru was really long. One other person in line, I order the shake, the cashier stated hold one moment, went to the back to inquire on it cause she said it wasn’t pulling up, I clearly heard the lady tell her to ring it up as a strawberry, she came from the back, picked up the lobby order, took it to guest, came back got maybe sauce/ketchup or something to it back to them, came back to me and said we no longer sale them. I said so you don’t have it anymore, she said no, it’s not coming up on the screen. By now I’m really upset, cause you lying, I left cause I really don’t like to get ugly in public. I call back this morning to check if they had them and the nice lady said yes ma’am we do, which Is what I figured. Not good service
