Had a curbside order that I waited half an hour for only to not get my drink, get my order wrong, twice and end up with cold soggy fries. Like at least if you’re going to make me wait a half hour for “fast” food let my fries be fresh and not forget my ranch.
This is my favorite whataburger location, the employees are always working hard and are so friendly. My food is always delicious and I’m so sad that I will be moving out state in a couple months and will no longer be able to be a regular
Just waited 20mins for a small drink, when there was absolutely no cars ahead in line when we pulled around. When the window was finally open, a TRAINER was handing us the wrong order. we politely told her we just had a small rootbeer and that was it. she puts the drinks down and slams the window and walks away. what an example to set for future employees.
This is one of the worst Whataburgers I've been too. They took along time to get my food. Told me to park by the bushes in the front called VIP and never came out. I'm over it. After a long day dealing with sick patients I just wanted to eat and go home.
Best whataburger in the area. Each time I've been served by Carlos, I've had an exceptional experience (friendly, fast, accurate).
I don't suggest coming here after a football game. It took forever to get through the drive thru because the kids were going in to the dining room. The food was cold and the shakes warm. I will say that the people on duty were trying very hard. I was going to call Whataburger because let's face it they are not on the cheap spectrum and I had to bring my family poor food, but I decided that it was particularly my fault for not going to the one across town...
Was really disappointed with their burgers this time around. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals to go. Got home and one wasn’t a bacon cheeseburger. It had jalapenos. And on top of that the burgers were FLAT and the jalapeno one had soggy buns.
Totally disappointed. Won’t visit until they get their act together. Used to be good, but it’s gone downhill.
I got good service at this Whataburger having ordered a burger, fries, and Coke. The cashier greeted me as I walked in, took my order very correctly, and did not press for menu add-ons--something that I really appreciated. Most of the tables were clean and the meal was served as ordered and in a reasonable amount of time. I did not check out the restrooms. All in all, I felt the prices were reasonable considering what meat prices are like right now. I would definitely visit this site again and appreciate the service I received.
