Excellent honey butter chicken biscuit! Always busy. May want to order ahead.
I've eaten at a lot of Whataburgers over the years. This Whataburger never lets me down. The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. The other day I was downtown for jury duty and had to eat at another Whataburger. Service was okay, but the food was average at best. It reminded me of how great my favorite Whataburger is! Keep up the good work!
Literally took 40 minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru at late night. Can hear the people chatting it up and not taking orders for 10 minutes at a time. Then pull up tot he window to see disgusting filthy restaurant.
I really like this location. I like the inside lobby seating and Design.
However they need a bench up by the counter for people to sit on while they're waiting for their food order. Also they need to make that honey butter chicken biscuit available 24/7 not just 11p.m. to 11 a.m.
I know my review for this location is all over the place, so let me explain. Me and my son's girlfriend picked up food for all 3 of us. I ordered the Cobb salad with fried chicken tenders with 2 on the side.. it was disgusting. It takes a lot for me to say that. The chicken on the salad was a patty that I think they use in the sandwiches.. it was rubbery and undercooked. I threw the 15.00 salad away. The tenders were fine. I will not ever order the salad from there again. It's way too expensive, and the wait is too long to get it this wrong. It's very hard to get a bad review out of me, but they managed to do it. Health should be top concern always.
My daughter and I live across town and will drive to this location because it is the best! Food,customer service, and cleanliness are always on point. I really like this location and the manager's there are always very helpful.>> Nights and early mornings are the best times to go here 9 times out of 10. So, for fast food I can honestly give this one a 5!
Fries were soggy and my honey butter chicken biscuit barely had any honey butter on it
I gave this one star rating,not based on the food, but on the service that we received. Andrea took our order and was so very rude to my mom! I understand that people have bad days but this seemed to be her natural nature- at least to the customers- the ones in front of us and behind us received the same rudeness from has as we did! (she was cracking a smile and being nice to other employees)We will not be back to this location.
