My food arrived cold ????, fries looked like they dipped into oil then brought up. The burger was big but also cold ????. The apple pie had slight heat . The drink sprite and chocolate shake were cold . The shake was creamy.
Is a go to place for us whenever we’re looking for quick protein and don’t have a lot of time and or late hours. There were not many cars in the drive-through so we pulled up an order and waited 25 to 30 minutes at the window for our food. The attendant told us it was because they were making fresh fries but when we got our food, it was not fresh. Was not a good visit on this trip, we definitely will be back though to give him another chance
Manager on duty 11/17/24 at 6pm needs to be retrained by corporate. She is one of the most disrespectful people that I have ever met. She was not only disrespectful to me, she was in the back YELLING at the employees and telling them they will not have a job after tonight. The employees were very nice and helpful, the manager is the problem at this location
Very clean restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. Food at this location was actually hot enough to melt the cheese. Seating area was very clean. Help was very polite and spoke well English. Understood English as well (rare thing in texas)..... Food was correct order. Parking and access to restaurant was very easy. On and off highway very convenient. I would recommend this whataburger for a meal.
Love this location! We have been coming weekly since they opened. Service is fast and friendly. Mrs May always greets you by name and makes sure you have everything you need. Everyplace needs someone like Mrs May. The entire staff is great. Favorite Whataburger!
This whataburger drive through is always slow. I’ve never had my food messed up, but be prepared to sit for 15 minutes.
This Whataburger went down hill FAST! The cashier had AirPods in while taking my order and the kitchen sounds like a high school cafeteria. There is no supervision and it's evident.
Update....this place continues to suck! Manager on her cell phone with a lobby and drive thru full of people. Get home with my order and it was incomplete!

I placed a Cobb salad order through Uber eats to which I opted out for no cherry tomatoes on it and I wanted jalapeño ranch dressing. When I received my order, to my surprise I had cherry tomatoes ????, no eggs, and no dressing. Oh and 3 pieces of chicken on the Cobb salad. I don’t mind paying the over priced salad but at least give me what I asked for!
