This Whataburger didn't do any better than the other one. When you put in an order, and they just can't get it right. Extra diced onions mean just that, and it was missing grilled onions. The large fries do not qualify as large fries. The lettuce doesn't seem to be chopped like is used to be. I am old enough to miss the Whataburger's where you ordered on one end, and you watched them cook and put your meal together. I miss those days. I understand it is fast food, but Whataburger is Whataburger!
This is probably the 4th or 5th time they have messed up my order. I come and order a kids meal or whataburger jr, cheese and mayo only as reflected on my receipt and I get mustard. On top of that, my granddaughter ordered chicken strips and they were noticeably refried to the point they couldn't be eaten. So glad I spent $17 to eat soggy fries and have small drinks.
Honestly this location gets worse with age and management. You can tell the staff let and the managers don’t care about how they service customers or the food they put out. I have had to go back and have them remake and simple burger the last three visits now. It’s not that hard to read a receipt.
As a coach, stopping with a team of 30, the staff did a phenomenal job of not only getting us our food, but did so in a timely and professional manner. All of the employees were polite and friendly. Management went above and beyond to accommodate us!
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, large sweet tea, medium Coke Zero and large fry. I got a medium ice tea and medium fry also I never get straws. Every time I go here I never get what I want and I don’t think that I’m coming here again. I’d rather drive across town to go get my food for now on.
My food was hot and tasted very good.And there was no long line and Customer Service was on Point..
Breakfast Bowl was actually pretty good. Right amount of food. The hashbrown was crispy and fresh. Not bad for a quick breakfast on the go.
The only thing that we didn't like was the sketchy people hanging out at the store.
Stopped on for lunch on my way back to Austin. The food ,of course was delicious as always. But the service...what an amazing employee Jessica is. Very personable and professional. Give that girl a bonus and a raise ????????
