I waited longer than usual to just order. Multiple workers came to the front but did not take my order. Maybe it was to clock out, but it's still a pain to wait so long just to order. I've had issues in the past with efficiency but just attributed it to a busy time. This time was slow and still took long. Food is normally good, Just be ready for the wait.
I really dislike this location. They always mix up orders and nothing is organized. They had a man in the window( 9/1/24) around 11pm who was taking orders but couldn’t take orders. He gave me a total at the speaker and then I got to the window and it wasn’t even rang in. Food was cold and sloppy. Will have to start driving out to another location.
I've been a long time customer with Whataburger you know me everything is good and I have no problem but on this particular day they did not give me my french fries I had to go back into the business the attendant Said that she did not see my receipt in the system so I had to go back outside to my vehicle get all of the food and drinks and bring them in they realize their mistake gave me my french fries and onion rings bye that time all the other food was cold. When I got back in my vehicle all of the drinks fell over and still do my car because the lids we're flimsy and did not fit on the caps well. I had to go back in and get new drinks. This was a horrible experience.
We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and they gave us breaded chicken sandwiches after waiting close to 30 minutes in drive through. Couldn't leave when you're boxed in, it was horrible. I stopped going to this location because of the same issues but decided to give them a 2nd chance. This location is a few minutes from my home. Now I have to drive to another city to get good food and service. Pasadena Fairmont location it is.
I had their new WhataWings for the first time and they are NOTTT good. The best thing about it is the Buffalo sauce and I’m assuming they got that from a bottle. Wings were tough and dry and NOT worth the $8!!! Better off spending your money at a wings place. Their service today was good which is why the 2 stars.
Very attentive and friendly employees going around making sure nobody needs anything. I was impressed for a fast food place. A lot of dirty tables though.
Terrible customer service, and they could care less. I would not recommend this place for any reason. This place used to be responsive, friendly, and very good. It’s just the opposite now. Sad.
Eat somewhere else!!
