Best WLM Reviews
Beautiful newer restaurant. Great service and great food all around. It hit the spot after a long day of travel. Jesse who works in there running food to the dining room was a joy. He brightened my day. I will definitely be back to this location. I added the picture for their interesting recent addition to the limited time menu!
Great location! Plenty of parking, including handicap. (Trucks, look for alternative parking in area) Staff is friendly and courteous. Food was absolutely delicious! Onion rings were sweet on the lips. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'
Food was awesome place was clean and well ran! Skyler was very informative and helpful finding something a first time customer like me would like to have! Whataburger has officially gained a new regular customer! And the spicy ketchup is amazing ! Skyler also recommend that item.
Thanksgiving morning we came in at 6am for some honey butter chicken biscuits, hash browns and coffee. The staff was amazing! Shout out to Skyler, Aden, and Brooks for their friendliness and prompt service! The food was delicious, the coffee was hot! We were refreshed and ready for our next four hours in the road! Thanks y’all!!
Dude on the register, Brooks, did an amazing job with serving us today! A lot of people walked in and he handled everyone with grace and hospitality! Truly an amazing experience here, felt really cared for at whataburger because of Brooks! He also Single handily saved my coworkers and I from an horrific experience at whataburger! Thank you, Brooks!!!
Thank you for allowing me to overcome my addiction with the honey butter chicken biscuit. I’ve been eating 2 every morning because they just that good, but today that changed. The biscuit was so soggy and the chicken was so old, I’ll never put my taste buds through that again. What makes it worse is I was the only person there but they took 10 mins to get to get my food Like they made it fresh. I feel like I’m loosing a childhood best friend as i delete the app.
Just went through the drive-thru a little while ago order two sandwiches a drink and a coffee the coffee was burned I requested light ice and the soda was completely filled up with ice and the sandwiches were lukewarm and smashed what's the bare minimum of toppings you can barely tell there was any toppings on the sandwich complete waste of $27 one of the worst visits to Whataburger I've never had and on top of that we had to move up twice because they cannot get the food out for other customers while they were waiting for my order to get cold finally received it and it was barely lukewarm to cold here's a picture of my receipt and don't get the coffee the white chocolate peppermint mocha hot coffee we received it there was maybe one pump of flavoring added to Burnt coffee I managed to get a refund for the coffee but I drove all the way over to Florence area the food was bad enough where I end up throwing up
OMG, I love Whataburger. But this location and it's staff took it to another level, Superb service and food. Burger patties were fresh of the girl, fries were hot. Zach , Jesse, and Addison are real team players. This place is spotless. Jesse was extremely kind as was Addison.
