Decent food for a fast food chain, it’s more of a tradition to stop by than a choice of a great restaurant. Place is decently clean and service is fast. Overall decent place. They did give me a look when i asked for a spicy sandwich and triple check if that is what i wanted, not sure how to take that.
My first clue should have been when making myself a sweet tea took longer than staff making my food.This location has gone into the dump in the past 6 months. Cold burgers that won't even melt the cheese, and raw chicken that im sure was never cooked at all.Stacks of meat just sitting on the cold side of grill getting old. As the staff stands around talking and playing games. When confronted about cold food and raw chicken. The young female team leader rolls her eyes. "Team Leader" stretch of the word as she just sits in the office as her coworkers play in the kitchen. And the worst was when I was explaining, I would like my money back cause I wasn't expecting an ice cold burger or food poisoning from this establishment. A young worker named Raymond is on the side making fun of me, and the situation,by laughing and mocking me,He shouldn't even be allowed to work there cleaning the bathrooms,let alone have any contact with customers. One of the 5 other restaurants nearby will get my business for now on,or until the people and this store have had a serious overhaul. Don't waste your time and money at this location, unless your looking for a place to sue for getting sick off thier food.When did Whataburger stop caring for thier customers and start serving uncooked and old food?
First time trying Whataburger and it was great! The food was delicious and the workers were nice. Ice had ran out and they gave another cup filled with ice. The only bad thing was one of the gentlemen working there didn’t wash their hands after using the bathroom. My husband was in the bathroom with him and noticed it.
Take them 1:15 hour to deliver my food. And it's hard as rock to chew the sandwich! Terrible!!!!
First time here! Great service late hight burgers after an event close by. Great French fries! Good burger . Ordered with extra lettuce and no bun and man did they get this correct and lots of lettuce! It was two guys running everything and they were doing an amazing job. I would definitely return
Typical atmosphere for Whataburgers but the done in area is a bit smaller than new buildings. The staff was prompt and helpful for multiple requests. They forgot a key item in my order but they attended to it immediately. The food is good Whataburger meal you appreciate at every restaurant. Interior is clean as is the bathrooms. I will return to this location if in the area.
They have great employees that work late night! Always happy and respectful. I don't feel like what will I experience when I get there. Customer service is no where to be found at the other late night drive thru places. Especially the golden arches. They leave you at the speaker wondering if they are even open or not. After 3 min. Without a hello. I leave. What is so hard with a headset on to say I will be with you soon? Just saying.
This whataburger used to be a prime location I frequently visit here. I hardly received any Fries with my order and they forgot my drink I had to ask them when they were staring at me wondering why I didn't pull off. It wasn't busy either I was the only car in the drive thru.
Y'all wrong for doing my fries like that..
