Was raining and I ordered some food for pickup. Guy came out, think it was the manager since he had a different shirt on. Told him I was sorry and he said don’t worry about and told me all the extras I added were in there. Couldn’t have been nicer. Love this Whataburger!
I was visiting from Ohio and I really like their burgers and onion rings. The service is gave a 3 star because she repeated the order right but when we received our food the wings were missing (no we were not charged for them). Otherwise the food was delicious and please make sure to get you some spicy ketchup.
I love whataburger and 9/10 times they are good with preparing their food the right way. However, this particular location ALWAYS messes up my order or doesn’t provide the best service. I asked to sub for mayonnaise.. THIS IS ALWAYS THE AMOUNT OF MAYO THEY PUT ON MY SANDWICH!!!! I could add my own but I love the Whataburger mayo!! It’s like the employees are just trying to pump out orders and neglect the littlest things like this!! Which makes no sense because even with only 5 cars in line, somehow it always takes 20+ minutes to get my food! Please make changes!!
Ordered the breakfast platter sub a Jalapeños biscuit and add American cheese to the eggs plus a side of sausage gravy. Got non of that right. Pics are what I got after waiting for the "fix" of my order. The way they put the cheese next the eggs said enough. Look at that delicious pool of grease on top of the gravy too though. Yum
Something about this Whataburger is ALWAYS better than the surroundings. I go out of my way to travel to this one when I live in Kyle. The food is always hot, the cheese on my burger melted, and the drink fizzy. On its worst days it's just as good as the Kyle location and on its best, it's better than any burger from any other restaurant.
Y'all not serving fries with the chicken tenders meal now or something, the economy that down bad? Forget them?
idk, either way I know to steer clear from Whataburger from now on. Bad enough that the gravy portions are smaller than they used to be.
UPDATE: also ordered a root beer that tastes more like carbonation than root beer, just took a sip. Thanks.
breakfast was amazing, super hot and fast. actually exceeded my expectations. I’ve had whataburger breakfast before but this morning they were on point. My partner and I also loved their new coffee. Staff was also super nice as usual. Keep it up guys!! :)
Employees are cool and polite my only problem is almost everytime I come in the workers uniforms look very dirty. Also I’ve seen a cook or someone in the back go to the restroom take a pee WITH the gloves on and returned back to work smh I was disgusted
