I visited this restaurant Saturday night and was sold old food. The chicken sandwiches tasted as if they were sitting for hours. They were cold and hard. That’s very unusual because they’re typically fried fresh. I called and spoke to the manager Omar who advised me that they would remake the full order. He advised me to bring in the receipt and advise the manager Sam that he told me to come. Sam was a different breed and was unhappy to remake the order. He even had an issue with giving me drink cups that came with the original order. He personalized it and had an issue with me asking for ketchup and sauce, the same sauces that I originally ordered. I will never patronize this establishment again.
SN: You forgot to put the my cheese on my grilled chicken sandwich. I paid for it.

This is actually one of the better Whataburgers I've been to! The staff here are super cool and always make you feel welcome. The food comes out pretty good and pretty fast, which is a big plus. Overall, it's a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend
I've always loved Whataburger but the quality at this location was quite poor. Burned meat patties, sloppy, cool temperature. The staff was very nice and friendly. The dining room was clean. Will avoid this location.
Went to pick up a mobile order at 5:30a and had to wait in line almost 30 minutes. You would think since it's paid and ordered ahead it could be delivered quicker. The counter person seemed to have no sympathy for my situation. I guess there is never a slow time to visit this location.
A friend recommended the chicken sandwich instead of the burger. I did not originally like the burger. She said to try the chicken sandwich. She said it’s the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE FROM, HEAVEN TO THE PITS. I can confirm the sandwich is not good. 100% she going to have to answer to this false claim. It’s a 1.5 out of 5 on the chicken sandwich scale. Shout out to her for a mediocre sandwich recommendation.
Worst DT customer service experience.. I drove to the DT and order #2 customized and the lady who took my order was extremely rude and her attitude was definitely unpolite.. so I drove off and cross to InAnd Out .. the lady who took my order on the window...
My order was wrong and I charged for cheese and not given it. Didn’t get a straw for the drink. And they added jalapeno to my burger… which I don’t like or eat. So my order was a waste! But thanks for the cold fries????????????
I was eating there at least 2/3 times a week but no longer. Finally got fed up with the horrible waitstaff and their rude behavior. They act like they would rather be doing anything other than waiting on their patrons and it shows in the cleanliness of the building and the quality of service. I have waited up to 15 minutes for a burger when there were only 5 people in the whole building. The only redemption of the whole place is a dear lady named Francis who works there. She's a joy and makes the place much better when she's there. Maybe the younger waitpersons would do well to learn from her.
