I rated this restaurant 5 star because of the following: Delicious sandwich and chicken strips, fast service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staffs.
It was my first time to visit and dine in this fastfood and I’m pretty much satisfied and plan to come back here and bring my family and friends with me.
I have the number one combo the burger was fantastic had everything on it including cheese. The French fries were hot and fresh, the soda(coke) was out of calibration making the drink very sweet. The bathroom was a bit dirty trash on the floor overall I thought it was a good experience, except the car in the parking lot revving the engine, I believe it belong to an employee trying to show off in the parking lot.
Amazing customer service.
Staff was very attentive and the food was delicious when we dined in. I could tell the staff in night shift were well taken care of.

Friendly and helpful. Never been there so asked for suggestions and comparable to some places I'd been in other states. Sadly they only had spicy ketchup which was odd to me. Fries for shoestring were really good and fresh. The breakfast bowl was good also.
Slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. Placed order at their kiosk for dine-in. It asks you for a tent # when checking out. They have none. The person at the register told the people in front of me that everyone just makes up a number and they'll call it out. Neither kiosk printed receipts either. Only proof I had I even ordered was my bank alert. It was over 30 minutes after ordering when someone asked if I'd been helped. They couldn't find my order and had to remake it. Another 10 minutes and it was brought in a bag. Management should be ashamed and so should corporate. Won't be back again.
I have been to dozens of Whataburgers, but This is hands down the slowest. Be prepared to spend a half hour in the drive thru, and the wait isn’t much shorter inside. Best hack I’ve found is to mobile order way ahead and show up 10 minutes late to pick it up.
I want Whataburger to stay in Memphis, but no way are they gonna cut it like this. Hire more staff or train what you have better!
Food is great Whataburger quality.
Don't ever try to get food in a hurry here. The fastest I've ever been served was in 20 minutes. Expect a 20-40 minute wait. Don't go over night, no one even answers the drive-through. The food is good mostly, but the service is so bad it's better to drive out of your way to the other whataburger 10 minutes down Germantown. It's interesting to watch the entire chick fil a drive-through empty 4 lanes twice before you get your food. When you get your food, it'll probably be wrong and cold.
They have children playing around in the back who are 9-13 that should not be back there. These children are not employees. I don’t have not problem with having your kids at work but this should not effect my orders. I order the new item which are the wings for my wife and got 3 chicken tenders. I ordered a number 5 which is the bacon cheeseburger and got a burger with and ketchup and mayo when I asked for everything on it. I paid close to 30 dollars for nothing I actually ordered.
