My dog Gus and I run errands and wherever we are I get lunch with a drink and a o does Gus. Normally he gets an ice water and he drinks it from the cup which is fine. The young lady at the drive thru knew it was for him and went to the prep area and gave him his own bowl. I just thought it was cool to see her think about him.
we stopped by here for dinner & worst mistake ever. we were missing some items so i went back in to get it after waiting 40 minutes in the line. we get back to the hotel & i start to eat my chicken strips, excited right? after the second bite i am starting to question why it taste & feels weird. i put my flash light on it & it’s raw. i can handle a long wait & missing items, the raw chicken is an absolute hell no. so if you happen to make the same mistake as us & stop by here, check your food before eating. it’s also connected to a gas station so we shoulda known better but options were limited . please beware.
This has got to be the worst Whataburger in Texas. Service is a joke. I ordered my food over the app with curbside pickup. I got to the store 10 minutes after I placed the order. I sat for another 15 minutes, waiting for them to bring it. I finally gave up and went inside. The food was sitting in the warming box, and they just decided not to bring it to the car. When I asked them about it, the lady shrugged and walked away. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, but it's definitely the last. I won't be back.
This is the worst Whataburger in Texas. By far. The last 5 times I’ve been there, they have massed up my order and refuse to do anything to make it right. I live outside city limits and it’s about half an hour to get to them. So, when they screw up, it’s an extra hour of driving and wasted fuel to fix things. They never pay for the time and fuel of mine that was wasted. And, I always have to go through my bank to get my money back. Just heard back from 3 friends that quit going there because they have seen the staff spitting on the griddle with customer’s food on it. This franchise needs to be shut down ASAP, because the owner obviously does not care about quality or service, and is ruining the name of this company. Whataburger, do the right thing and ban this franchise owner from ever owning a Whataburger again. If Johnson county health department isn’t going to shut this location down for good, then they need to be investigated.
Found this at the bottom of my tea. Absolutely nasty. Didnt realize it until 4hrs later after ive been drinking on it all day. I hope I dont get sick from this. Nasty. Health inspector would not be happy with this. They need to clean the mold out of their tea!!
Just went through the drive thru, ordered biscuits and gravy, no sausage in the gravy, I had ordered extra gravy and all have no sausage. We ordered taquitos and made sure to ask for extra picante sauce, no picante sauce. We even asked the lady at the window and she said it was in the bag. I guess y'all get a lot of drunk folks thistime of day that y'all think people don't care. Idk but I will not be back to that location. I'll drive 50 miles if I have to. Having been a previous Whataburger employee I'm very disappointed.
i would like to say that this is probably filthiest place i have ever sat down at, the tables were all dirty and the floor looked like it hadn’t been moped in a while. also long wait times absolutely ridiculous, it’s called fast food for a reason nobody wants to wait wait 15+ minutes for some whataburger and if you do you must be a very dedicated customer. i’d like to add that some of the employees are very rude to their co workers and need an attitude adjustment or better yet you should probably rid the establishment of those people, it makes for a poor work environment.
Just sat in the drive thru stuck for almost an hour!!! Got nasty cold food that's uneatable. Soggy sandwich and stale cold nasty fries for $35 I think not!!!!! I come to this location a lot and I have never had this happen. The drive thru lady was rude when I tried to have her confirm my order because so many people drove away I wanted to make sure she charged me right. I will NEVER be back here!!!! I have spent hundreds if not thousands on this Whataburger and I'm absolutely done now!!!!
