Food is still good but the quality has gone down hill and the price up AT ALL OF THE WHATABURGERS. Not just this one.
For instance my fries were so small only a few stuck up their heads. The pick is how I pulled it out of the bag. And no nun of the fries fell out in the bag. They were barely 3/4 inch long. That's how they cut them in the factory before bagging them.
This is a very popular place in a great location. Got here right at 11:00 and everybody and their dog walked in right behind me. The line was very near out the door there were so many people walked in. I'm glad I got here when I did. It looked like they had a full staff in there and they were working their behinds off for sure. One young lady got very upset because she had to wait a long while to get her meal. So many people had come in that it just took time to get it all done. Kudos to the ladies behind the counter and in the kitchen for keeping their cool especially when customers obviously we're not. ???????????? My son and I did have to wait a little bit to get our meals but when we did they were fresh and hot and correct in what we ordered.
Arrived 10 minutes after I ordered curbside. They are supposed to bring it out to you right? After waiting 10 minutes I eventually went in and got it myself. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to do this either. Other cars who pulled up after me also went in to get their orders. Why continue to offer it if your employees aren’t going to walk it out like stated?
Iced coffee was also 99% sweet cream and ice, 1% coffee. Undrinkable.
I ordered the sweet & spicy bacon burger. ???? It was better than I expected! It's a BIG burger for sure, and it tasted great! ????????
Was extremely disappointed in our visit yesterday. We ordered online 10 minutes before we arrived. We waited to order because of fasting before bloodwork. We got there to pickup our order and waited about 20 minutes to get our order, 10 minutes AFTER I had asked for pickup and 10 minutes after I got there. Finally got our order after the order lady called for our order about 4 times. Food was so cold it could have come from the refrigerator. Used to be good for online orders, BUT NO MORE! Big disappointment! Paid good money for cold food! DON'T order online unless you don't mind WAITING for COLD food!
They where busy during lunch hours but still got it correct and friendly staff plus reasonable timing cause i started out in drive thru and decided to go inside do to car acting up at moment so it wouldn't overheat and they still got it all correct cause it was busy and could have been allissed up but great job whataburger team
I love Whataburger, but this place is the worst. It took over an hour to get my food. There was people their after me who ordered tenders and got them before I did. All drinks were out of order except for 3 which was the diets which I do not drink. The crew was to busy outside looking at the police arresting someone instead of making orders.
Service was a bit delayed as they were short staffed but was my order was in the wait wasn't long.
Came inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the building.
Food was hot and delicious.
