Best WLM Reviews
This location has fallen off, hard. Going to have to start avoiding this place at breakfast. Get some employees that can make eggs, and don't hate life too much to scrape the crud off the grill every now and then. Laziness.
Exceptionally long, wait for being the third vehicle in line. They have a very narrow, two lane drive-through. The food I received was colder than room temp with stale fries. If you want a a soulless burger with dry patties that you will need to throw in the microwave this is your place.
The restaurant was really clean. Employees were attentive. They got my order out really fast too (I went inside since there was a long line in the drive thru) I prefer this location over the one on 8th Street.
Place is clean for the most part. But for having almost 10 people working they move slow. Clearing orders off and going off receipt doesn’t help get food faster. Worried about hygiene with food when they have large beards out. ????????
Worst location in Odessa thus far. Horrible customer service. Cashier was too busy trying to entertain friends instead of taking care of customers ahead of her friends. Marissa the manager is the worst at handling situations. There needs to be better ways for this store to get it together. If managment is a problem the store will have issues all down the line. I've always avoided this location for no actual reason, but now I know to never go into this location again. Hire people who are competent enough to do the work not just anyone cause yall are desperate to fill in spots.
Whataburger was great. Extremely busy, but the service was great and very quick. The food was delicious and I genuinely loved every bite. A mistake was made on my burger, but was remade quickly and correctly. I've always loved Whataburger and I hope to eat there again.
First, let me state that the young man That took my order. Was incredibly enthusiastic and well-mannered. He's probably the only reason I didn't give this visit a one store for service. It is unfortunate that after he took my order I was made to pull on the side behind two other trucks and had to wait 40 minutes before I would get my food. It was also unfortunate that when I did receive my food, my order was not correct. I had the correct receipt on my bag, but a completely different meal than what I had ordered.
Having a second lane so that employees could come out to hand deliver orders is fine if they could do it in a timely manner; however, this location on this night was not able to deliver our orders in a reasonable amount of time if we were waiting at a sit-down restaurant much less a driver thru for fast fast.
Always love Whataburger a little bit of a wait no matter where I go and what state but totally worth it especially the biscuits and gravy and the onion rings!
