Got to our location and realized that they only gave us HALF of a hamburger patty on the hamburger…. And no double meat on the double meat hamburger. It’s like they split the one patty in half to make two burgers. Guess they didn’t want to cook any more meat at the time. The workers were nice though and onion rings were great.
First time having Whataburger and I have to say the food is delicious. However though this location has slow service and there was no ice in the fountain. Overwall the food was good. I would definitely recommended.
They deserve a zero. Waited over 1/2 an hour after being pulled. Several cars were served. My order never came and I'm out of time. So no food for lunch. I will never be back.
The food here today was great. Hot a d freshly cooled burgers , hot abd tasty fries. The soda station had plenty of ice and beverage choices mixed just right
This location was clean and service was good here. The men's restroom was clean, and at ked with the needed essentials.
No fountain drinks, went through drive through, they pulled me to the white line. Forgot about me. Two employees walked by, one finally asked for my receipt. Then came back and told me that had to make my order. After waiting a total of 20 min, I walked into store. Talked to manager, Simon. He refused to give me his name. Extremely rude. Told me he would not refund money. Would not refill my drinks. Basically told me to get out. I told him I was going to fill out the survey, and he told me he did not care.
Hit or miss.
Normally the burgers are great, so I cannot complain about those. I suggest sticking to the hamburgers when you come here. Avoid the chicken sandwiches (probably worst I've ever tried). Amazing the night and day difference.
That said, the evening staff just keeps messing up my experience here. The last breakfast I bought I could not even eat the biscuit and gravy with onion rings I got. The gravy was cold, gross and so thick it wouldn't even pour out of the container. Plus, they'd dumped a large amount of sausage and grease on the top, which smelled and looked disgusting.
The onion rings were refrigerator cold--how does that even happen?
The bacon egg and cheese was cold on a dry, hardened biscuit and this was merely two hours after breakfast started being served.
A year or more ago, I never had these problems, but now it's a 50/50 toss up. To the point I've quit going there for anything outside of an occasional hamburger maybe once a month.
At least the staff have been nice.
I hope it improves soon.
Make me pull up and wait after placing my order and paying then leaves my large fries out of my bag. Now I dont have time to return after having to wait. How does this happen? You should be checking every bag before it's given out ESPECIALLY when you make the customer wait. How hard is this?
If I good give negative stars I would! It DOES NOT take that long to make a hamburger. Then after waiting 47 minutes someone in a white SUV pulls up next to us at the window and the little girl running the dt window takes out a bag of food and drinks. Really! Get a grip people you and your terrible service are replaceable!
