Went today 8/24 for lunch. Cold burger and cold fries that were half cooked and limp. The tomatoes were hard as rocks. The coke was so diluted all I tasted was carbonated water. Second time I tried this place and two bad experiences. Never again.
We didn’t have a horrible experience, but it wasn’t great. Two of our four orders came out wrong, we weren’t given our extra apple slices that we paid for and the trash cans were full and covered in soda. The tables and bathrooms were clean and the salad tasted great.
As I was walking in. I knew I should’ve went somewhere else. This place is ridiculous. Burger looks like it’s been sitting for some time. Should be looking fresh for the how long it took them to get it out to me. Thanks whataburger for not stepping in on this store and correcting the mistake this store is making. The store owner needs to step in if he/she cares. This is by far the worst store. I will not be going to this store ever again.
Proper training procedures are not followed at this location and at night most are young kids who look like they'd rather be somewhere else..the service is slow, and lacking at the counter and they goof around. I observed a lady manager watching her employees doing exactly that, and she had patience and restrained herself from taking action. 6 to 7 customers up front and no one tended to them. I waited 15+ minutes and still left empty handed. Brand new store off in the wrong direction
The service was good. The restroom needed tending to, but it wasn't too bad. The sweet tea wasn't sweet, but my order was made to perfection.
Zero customer service waited over 10 minutes just to get a half assed burger that wasn’t even made right
I also don’t enjoy the sound of employees laughing and messing atound in the kitchen when service times suck and the food is trash
I just went through drive thru and first of all the guy taking my order wasn’t paying attention and couldn’t take my order right. Then after arriving to work I found out they didn’t put my onion rings ughhhhh I didn’t not have time to go back and drive all the way there for a bag of onion rings. I’m definitely not going back. Every time I go there is something wrong with my order, they take forever to acknowledge you are there to take your order (when you go inside) bad customer service the other day I was told that they need to focus on people that order from drive thru first I had to leave because I was already waiting for 15min.
Absolutely horrible service and location. I pulled up to the drive through with no one in line and no one greeted or even answered the intercom after several attempts to get their attention. I then pulled up to the window tried to wave the employees down that were talking in the back but they wouldn't look my way. I would have left if I hadn't already paid for a mobile order. I took the next step and called the restaurant then someone finally came to the window before I got an answer. I told her I'd been trying to get their attention at the intercom and she said she was tied up and couldn't answer yet. I asked if there was anyone else that could have and she said the cashier didn't show up. I don't blame her, the area this whataburger is in is sketchy and management isn't addressing the staffing or service issues it seems like. I got a breakfast burrito at this location that was horrible a few months ago and didn't have time to return it as I was heading out of town to work. I just ordered hashbrowns this time figuring that would be hard to mess up and they were good but the service issues here extend beyond just one staff member. I will not be coming to this location again.
