Whataburger French Fries are one of my favorites. The Onion Rings are equally good. My wife likes the Cheeseburgers and Chicken. The Chocolate Chip Cookies are a good dessert. The service at each location we have been to is outstanding. The facility was clean and well-maintained.

I had the pleasure of getting take-out from Whataburger tonight after a terrible experience at Wendy's at the 72 and Moores Mill intersection, and I must say, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect.
The cashier patiently took my order, clarifying details to make sure everything was just right. While I waited, another team member checked in to ensure I had everything I needed, like extra condiments and napkins. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable.
The restaurant was spotless, and the team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. I truly felt valued as a customer, and it’s clear this location takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
If you're looking for great food paired with top-notch customer care, this Whataburger is the place to be! Kudos to the entire team for making my take-out experience so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back!
It's sad that people have jobs and are not even trying at all. I ordered online and when I get to the store, I had a little wait. That's fine, I don't mind waiting. What I do mind is when I get my food, it's cold! I paid $12 for cold food which completely ruins the little meal that it is supposed to be. Anyway, cold and soggy fish sandwich, cold onion rings and spicy ketchup instead if fancy like I ordered. I don't like spicy ketchup, I'm fancy so give me the fancy joint! I mean, we are spending our money that we worked for so great food and service shouldn't be asking too much. If my team under delivers like that ever, I'll fire everyone. Anyway, thanks for nothing! I just went through the drive through and Valerie took my order. She’s very nice, very smiley, and very energetic. Even saw her jumping in joy after I scanned the qr code, and another was clapping. These girls are so kind! Will definitely come back again!!
Very good place to enjoy the meal. Clean and friendly people. Extremely nice experience. Our first time but definitely not our last.
While waiting for my husband to have a minor surgery, we decided to pop into this Whataburger and boy we are glad we did!! Our cashier, Dibriya was everything you want to have in a customer service setting! This young person took our order accurately with such a positive attitude. When the meal was ready, she brought the food straight to us, still piping hot!! The food both looked and tasted delicious. We will be coming back and will bring friends!!
Went today for lunch around 11:30. The girl in the drive through with the bright red hair was absolutely outstanding! She was so diligent in her work and my food was hot and fresh. Nothing was wrong with my order, which is typical at other neighboring restaurants. Will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful time interacting with the service people! Valerie really helped me a lot choosing my food, recommending and making sure I got everything I wanted. I even tried the brownies because she recommended it. All in all, everything was great. The kids were all kind and hardworking.
