Always busy and always going to have to wait for drive thru if it is a busy time but on that note they are awesome on getting it to you as quickly as possible and the staff are always on point and friendly
I love down the road and service is always jam packed I do not recommend coming to this location.. even if you order online you still have to wait????????♂️????????♂️????????♂️
Went through the drive-thru. They had us pull forward after paying. Waited 8 minutes and still got Luke warm food and overcooked hashbrowns.
Stay away from here! Just got my food a kids meat chick bites and a whataburger jr. The bites were raw!!! I’m so glad I always check and bite my kid a small piece because they are usually hot. Never coming and here. The staff didn’t care the only apology was from the manager and she didn’t care to talk to her staff. Drive thru here is a joke. While here my refund I hear the drive thru people complaint about how they want to go home and just don’t care. Making jokes it’s pretty damn sad.
Beware workers are stilling your card info and giving themselves payment through venmo it happened to me last Thursday. I'm doing a police report on them. Becareful they'll take your card long enough to copy your info
Doesn’t matter what I order it can be a cup of ice. This location will pull you around to the front for a napkin I absolutely hate it here there needs to be another one in the area it’s horrible I went on a 15 min break and it took 20 mins just to get a number 20 with and ice coffee smh get it together I promise it’s always an issue whenever I come to this location
Went for breakfast, got breakfast on a bun and biscuit and gravy. Had to wait on biscuit and hashbrowns, which is fine as they were busy. My issue is after waiting 30 minutes I was short 1 hashbrown, the bob was so dry and overcooked I'm happy I got gravy, and my biscuit looked like someone took a bite out of it....never again. At least Jack and McDonald's cheaper so if they screw up I don't feel like I lost much!
