Hit this whataburger 2 weekends in a row with my family after bike rides. They are so darn polite and friendly. I went to Pascal and have eaten here most of my life. Thanks Whataburger Staff and Associates
This Whataburger located in Fort Worth, Texas was an okay location. The service was average, the food was okay the location was good but the accessibility was difficult. The parking is limited. The driveway entrance/exit is often blocked by other non considerate drivers.
Clean drive-thru area and slow service. I haven’t purchased a taquito in years. The taquito I received was a basic bland egg and sausage burrito. Not worth the wait or price in my opinion.
Big improvement on service & speed. My meal was delicious! I was missing a few things including the straw for my drink. On top of not having the extra onions I requested, I barely had any onions on my burger. I ordered a shake, but sadly the machine was out of order. I was told it was coming out like water. If I return, I hope my entire order will be correct, and shake/malt machine is running properly.
Half my order wasn’t in the bags when I got home, so I had to drive back up to the store which I wasn’t that mad about! When I got the rest of my order I had 3 honey butter chicken biscuits that were so coated in honey they were unedible! (IMO) Honey was dripping everywhere!!! I gagged opening up the wrapper because there was so much honey butter, I was really disappointed with the service, they had an opportunity to make this situation nice/better and they just gave me food that was slapped together as if it was my fault they forgot my food! I spent 40$ on food that was forgotten/and then slopped together + two drives for the mishap! Very disappointed
Convenient dining in option even during after hours. Food arrived promptly, the service was good, and the place seemed to be getting busy with customers even late into the night. Will be coming back.
So slow! I’m not sure if the “24 Hour Service” refers to how long they’re open or how long it takes to get served. I had time to park, pop my hood, check my engine, and change oil. Asides from getting food, this was a very productive experience
And they forgot my cheese :(
asked the lady twice to make sure the extra sauces i paid for where in the bag, she said they were….but lied to to my face.. got home and nothing! not even the gravy that is with the chicken! straight lazy.. it’s sad because I paid extra too..
I came in around 8:30 pm to the location and walked right back out because the cashier behind the register was too busy doing whatever he was doing to look up and recognize that a customer just entered the building. I’m 38 years old and the customer service level these days is WILD. Some of these high schoolers have no work ethic and drive. Just out here doing the bare minimum.
