Ordered Wings to try for the first time and did not expect very to no little sauce. Asked an employee to add more and when I took my first bite wings and fries were very cold and a little hard like if they had been sitting there for a while. Aside from that 2 different customers my friends and myself had the same order number 78. There was a lot of confusion and mix ups. Never Had an issue with this Location but this was the first and left feeling disappointed.
Fast service friendly employees the location is always clean the tables are always neat counters are always organized restrooms have been clean when I've used them. My go to is the Cobb salad, the bacon is perfectly crispy chicken is hot and the veggies are always so fresh !!
Paid around $21 for a milkshake a Cobb salad and a burger. Definitely my favorite Whataburger location is this one on cage in Pharr. And I love that it's open 24/7 . When my baby doesn't want to sleep we usually take off and hit up Whataburger at 3 a.m. calming atmosphere and accurate orders.
Once again, breakfast taquitos made just the way I ordered! The flour tortilla perfectly toasted and sausage, egg, picante filling done just right! Great customer service for being morning business! Coffee was great!
I went to get the new jalapeno double meat sandwich and it was great, I couldn't eat it fast enough.. I was a little disappointed with the number of fries I was given though.. I think it was not that long ago this whataburger was serving basically raw fries which were horrible.. this might be reverting back to cutting corners as they also forgot to grill the jalapenos in my burger as I had asked..I can understand that it was a really busy drive thru and they might have been understaffed, but it's not difficult to put more fries... in any case the drive thru was packed but it wasn't as long of a wait as I had expected. the drive thru was a speedy experience..
I wanted to update my review on here as I recently came to this Whataburger again because I live near by and I saw the Candy Cane chocolate shake had released. I believe they fixed the issue they had with their fries not being cooked filly which is good. The other week I came with my brother to get some food and this manager was asking everyone there if they liked the mix for the shake as they were preparing to release it for this season. I like that they were taking the customers opinion in account when deciding what amount of the mix to put into their shakes. It was very strong and I let him know at the time so I think this affected their decision as I tasted it recently and it was cold creamy a bit chocolate in there and an underlying amount of candy cane. I wish it was actually a bit more potent with the candy cane flavor as I kept sipping to chase the flavor that there was a hint of.
In any case this has become a better Whataburger, if I were to make any suggestion it would be to have someone outside charging the drive thru more often. Usually both lanes just lead into the one. If that’s handled well more often maybe that would be a 5 star.
I ordered through the app requesting 5 of each ketchup, when my to-go order did not contain any ketchup I got off in person to get my ordered sauce. I was given two packets of ketchup and had to continually ask for more until I was given all 10. I asked for ketchup 3 times until I stated there was none in my to go order and this was still not what I ordered. The workers had a conversation about it in the back and finally corrected the order.
Terrible customer service. They forgot an item in our order so my son had to drive from McAllen back to Pharr. The worker was rude to him after they were the ones that messed up and cost us a trip back to pick up what was missing. It's very disappointing.
Specs/ Feldmans was fully stocked ready to go!! Jerry Ramirez was very helpful in finding this bottle of Old Forester King Ranch for me. I will return to get a few baskets for our White Elephant gift exchange at the office.
