Yvonne & Alfonso were so kind on assisting me with my Whataburger coupon receipt. Took step by step process and was also kind enough to validate the right coupon for me. I appreciate the staff and atmosphere, and even though this is an older Whataburger, I'm pleased to say it's the best Whataburger around town! Totally recommend people buying from this Whataburger!!! ???? ???? ????????
I ordered a #1 through the online app. I ordered my sandwich with NO Onions, seemed like it said add more onions. I checked in and waited for a short time, I guess the order wasn't ready. They brought order with no napkins and no ketchup. Just very poor attention on their part. Prior to this, had another issue, ordered several meals and they missed an entire order.
We ordered breakfast through the drive thru and the lady was soooooo sweet. We were so tired at 5am and she just made our morning. She got our order correct and gave us the kindest service ever.
Ate here a couple times during a recent trip to Laredo. Service was good and food order was delivered to the table quickly and accurately. Server even came around with a tray of ketchups to choose from. Only issue we had was several days we stopped by for breakfast and they were power washing the drive through. While I appreciate the clean drive through, it left us looking for other breakfast options.
I was eating at waterbuger and then they brought or oder up and we check if the burgers are like we ordered them and they were all worng they had to bring us another burger and then the other burger was wrong it was missing bacon so we went to the front to give them the burger and then they come to the table and just give us 2 pieces of bacon and then we went back to the front and told them that we want the bacon is the burger not on the side so we go to the front and the food was so bad
Need to train or hire faster employees. This 30mins for FAST FOOD isn't cutting it. They all always look dazed & confused.
Bad service drive thru cashier Stephan G very polite and good customer service the girl on the second window bad customer service rude rolled her eyes when I asked her for a cup holder for my 4 drinks she only put 2 drinks on the cup holder and the other gave them to me she even gave me my coffee w out sugar and creamer I literally knock on the window to ask for my stuff I asked for creamer and Splenda sugar she literally gave a lot of different sugar and didn’t bother to put them in a little bag nor the black straw to stir the sugar and creamer didn’t even say thank you so rude if you don’t feel like working don’t work or get a better job period
Service always on point and the manager I’m not sure his name or maybe supervisor always greets everyone he handles his team very well I would say out of all the whataburgers in Laredo this one’s the best.
