Very clean. Customer service is very welcoming and they are very attentive. Chick-fil-a used to have great customer service, but now I'd say this location and Chick-fil-a have comparable customer service, which I know, is a wild claim to make, but I find to be true. Plenty of good food for a reasonable price. Every time I've eaten here, I've left with a smile on my face. Love this Whataburger location.
Very clean, good service and plenty of staff to keep the kitchen moving and they all seemed like they enjoy working there by listening to the banter. Onion rings were crisp with a real piece of onion (not diced onion like BK). Fries were a little under cooked for my taste, but good flavor. Burger was well made and flavorful. Had the vanilla shake. Good taste, needed a bigger straw because of how thick it was. Overall good meal for fast food.
Quick service at this location. It's much appreciated. I've been to other locations where it's a lawn wait time even for orders that have order been paid for online. So I appreciate that this particular location. Make sure that you get your order promptly instead of waiting a very long time
Literally the 10th time they’ve forgotten my sauce in the drive thru and the same blonde girl there always acts like she doesn’t have a clue what’s going on, and never fills the drinks up all the way. My kids meal was also missing the fruit chews. I’d somewhat understand if it was busy, but there was 2 cars in line including me.
We order there every wk or every other wk just about. EVERY time I get a delivery I CONSTANTLY have food missing. Whether sandwiches, drinks or shakes. OR I am given wrong flavor/size of shake. We order $60-$90 worth of food each time depending on who is home or friends/family over. I should NOT have to keep driving up there the same day/night or next time I am in area to get my food!!!!!
HOW hard is it to ck the order 2-3 times before getting ready for a delivery???? The whole point of delivery is so we don't have to go get it. But yet this location ALWAYS manages to screw it up.(thats putting it PG-13 nicely!)
I mean seriously a 8 yr old can read, pack a bag & double ck it. It's not rocket science!

Went through drive thru and was told to pull up I guess was waiting on chicken bc I ordered a chicken sandwich waited 15 minutes for it and they were handing out food to all the cars in there drive thru behind me and by the time I got my food there drive thru was empty and they had 9 cars behind me all got there food and I was still sitting there waiting and I was in front of the 9cars behind me and the person who brought me my food I guess was the manager was rude and unprofessional and I should have just got a refund and drove off this place was nasty and I won’t go back !
I have only done pickup but overall amazing as an overnight worker it a amazing to know i have options outside of just breakfast granted, which is the "nomal hours" also they they have chicken, which is a great addition
It was definitely a pleasure eating at this fast food restaurant, from ordering, a staff worker named Bobbie, M she was very friendly and professional as well as the rest of the staff. My wife and I where amazed at how all the staff was working together in a positive atmosphere !! And waiting on our orders to be bought to our table, the gentlemen had bought our order was very pleasant too.!! We had ordered HONEY BARBECUE CHICKEN STRIPS on TEXAS TOAST which was amazing!!! Whataburger thank you for having a great staff at this store. We will be eating there again. It's a shame more places doesn't have this type of atmosphere in their restaurants...
