Best WLM Reviews
dirty store and rude staff. the lady who took our order interrupted me twice to talk to other people, and then audibly complained in the middle of my order when 4 more people walked in the door. keep in mind, i was the only one at the register. so much for a welcoming environment…
the food was good though
Food was great , the lobby was clean , but the service was slow , slow slow Took way too long to get food . Which will make really think before I go here again, forgot my shake , had to go back up and get that ,
I never do this, but this was hands down the worst service I've ever had and I just can't ignore it. I ordered a double meat with cheese meal and a spicy chicken sandwich, no tomato with cheese, and didn't get either. Instead I was given a bacon blaze jalapeno and a sweet & spicy bacon burger, after spending 30 minutes in the drive thru at a "fast food" restaurant. All of which, I did not discover until I returned home. Absolute negligence and incompetence. Completely unacceptable service.
This is a wonderful spot. The vibe is very welcoming. The bathroom was super clean. I do deliveries and like to wash my hands when I go inside restaurants and it's a relief when the bathrooms are clean! And the staff were professional and so nice and prompt and they acknowledge me when I came in the door. Great job guys.
I ordered a nine piece sweet and spicy wing at the drive-through. I waited about 10 minutes in line. I pull up to the drive-through window. The lady says sweet-and-sour burger. I said no I ordered the sweet and spicy wings she took my payment smiled at me gave me my food and told me to have a good day I get home. I open my bag. There’s a burger in my bag, when I clearly said wings not once but twice confirming it at the window but instead of her saying no that’s not what I have and giving me my correct order she took my payment. I won’t say her name because I want this review to stick, her name started with an T and she wore glasses today’s April 11 and I placed my order about 1 PM.
Mike and the night crew NAILED IT!!! Great service for a big order, was on time, AND everything was correct. Such a nice experience for what could have been stressful. I owe it all to Mike for making it smooth, stress less and delicious! Thanks again Mike and the night crew, I'll see you guys again soon :)
I usually eat here late night and the staff are always very friendly and polite. it’s not the fastest service BUT, the food is always cooked fresh which is more important to me. hate paying for food that has been sitting out and stale. I have not tried coming during busy dinner/lunch times.
Hailey H is a wonderful drive thru cashier!!! Very patient, detailed, and pleasant. Wanted MGT to know how well she performed!!!
