I recently tried the #10 Whatachick'n sandwich at Whataburger, and it was a delightful experience????
The combination of flavors in the sandwich made it a satisfying choice, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Whatameal???? The service was efficient, and I appreciated the convenience of their new kiosk. The kiosk allowed me to take my time and select my preferences, enhancing the overall dining experience. The user-friendly interface made ordering a breeze, and it's a great addition for those who prefer a more leisurely pace when deciding what to eat???? The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
Overall, Whataburger continues to impress with its delicious offerings and thoughtful innovations like the kiosk. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals✨️
Went during the middle of the night, when very few people were outside around town. For some reason they had the doors locked for the entirety of my duration here, despite still being open and taking orders, so customers had to be let in from the inside.
I ordered honey chicken biscuits, as their breakfast menu was the only option, but despite this, they did not have regular biscuits available, only jalapeño biscuits (a peculiar oversight failure given that breakfast rush was only a few hours away). I was not informed of this at any point while I was waiting for my order for about 25 minutes, nor after I received it. They didn’t note this on the kiosk machine and didn’t note the substitution on my receipt.
When I pointed this out to the manager, she proceeded to berate me, and proclaim that she told her staff so that “everybody could hear,” as if she had no obligation to inform the customer directly of this, when I was sitting in the lobby. She refused to listen to my interjections and said I could not have a refund because I ordered on the Kiosk (they were not taking orders at the cash register) and I was offered a free menu item as my only form of restitution.
All in all, terrible experience. I won’t be eating here again, and would not recommend going here, especially at night or if you have allergies in the event they make an unapproved substitution.
This particular location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited over 20 minutes and nobody would assist me in recording my order. It also was an unnecessarily long wait for my small order of an apple pie (30 minutes). The staff's demeanor was overall disgusting and we all felt like a burden to them. Usually Whataburgers have some of the greatest customer service of any fast food chain but this one is the exception. I would recommend not stopping by this location; especially late night.
My son put in a 80.00 order tonight. It was short 2 drinks. To top that they served this along with soggy fries on all orders. What the hell. Close if you can't do better than that.
What a neat location. My wife is a lifetime Auburn Tigers fan. We were making our way back home to South Carolina from our Texas road trip and she begged to stop in this area to at least go to Toomer's Corner. I spotted this Whataburger across the street. Sad thing is while in Texas, my buddy's daughter never got to try anything from Whataburger. I asked her if she wanted to go over to get a Dr Pepper shake and a honey butter chicken biscuit and I grabbed myself a Patty Melt. Service was fairly quick. Only annoyance was when ordering on the touch screen they asked what tent you were at or something of that nature. I had to ask an employee what that meant and they informed me you just put a number in for yourself that they call out. Maybe have it explain that on screen to make this not as confusing to people as many had to ask the same question. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. My buddy's daughter is a die hard Dr Pepper fan so she was loving the shake and after taking a bite of the biscuit demanded to know why we didn't have a Whataburger where we live. I told her we have quite a few coming soon this year so she wouldn't have to wait long to get it again. I'm sure my wife and I will make it out to this area again in the future and I'm glad to know a Whataburger isn't far away.
Staff takes their time so the wait is a bit longer than most fastfood places, which I prefer, because the food quality was very high. I rather have staff take longer and get everything right then rushing and getting everything wrong.
Nonetheless, the Patty-Melt was delicious, the bread was firm and crisp. The meat doesn't taste frozen but fresh and juicy. Fries were adequate, spicy Ketchup wasn't all that special. Tried the Dr.Pepper Milkshakes, as weird as it sounds, was absolutely addicting. It was thick, creamy, and super sweet.
If you have had whataburger you have probably eaten similar if not the same food before(it's good), just make sure everything is in your bag before you leave since it isn't always a guarentee that you have everything, some days they get every little thing you ask and others you have 2 sides of fries and you only got 1 of them and the wrong size at that so just check otherwise they are a solid option for food.
This is the best Whataburger we have ever been to. The staff is friendly and takes great care when preparing the food. The food looks as great as it tastes.
