Our whataburgers and fries were great. They came out hot and fresh. The staff was helpful and fun. Great location. To avoid the traffic on 1604, drive behind Whataburger and drive out on the IH 10 access road.
Ordered 3 meals. Didn’t get the first meal and was charged for fries and a shake. Asked where my other burger was and then she told me I still had to pay the $9.95. Yet I also had to pay $8 for the fries and shake instead of getting the combo. Then 10 minutes later she came out AGAIN and asked what I was waiting for. Employees must be on something. Another visit. Not busy at all. Waited 15 minutes for a burger, wings and fries. Everything came out super cold and tasting and looking like trash. Definitely will NOT be back.
This location is always SLOW! Especially morning time. If you do curbside, you are not getting your food. If you go in, you will wait at least 10 minutes, but usually 15 or more.
Today I picked up an order around 10. The girl handed me a coffee cup and said I could do my coffee up front. Of course, there was no coffee. When I hand her the cup back and tell her, she rolled her eyes and went to get it from the back. When she came back, she asked me to check the temp, which was ice cold! Supposed to be hot, black coffee. Simple.
She said she would microwave it for me if I wanted her to, but I declined. Only thing worse than cold black coffee, is reheated black coffee.
Just super disappointed. I've skipped over this location for 2 months or so and gone somewhere else, even though it's right on way to work. Today reminded me of why.

Just left the drive thru for a #5. The lady on the intercom taking my order was so nice. Think her name was Tynae. She asked me if I wanted salt on my fries or not. I’ve never been asked that from anybody in fast food. When i pulled up to secondary window the gentleman advised me there is a little wait for the food and to please be patient. They’re really friendly at this one compared to the one off FM78.
Seems like a decent Whataburger. Was grabbing a bite to-go at tail-end of rush hour. They almost forgot drink, but things were busy cuz time of day. Inside looked clean when went in to grab food and the person who helped was nice.
Decided to stop by to grab a bite. The young guy at the register decided to walk to the back and leave all of waiting in line. After 10 minutes I decided to go look for a manager. Asked him when is someone taking our order. Been waiting for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting for my order I asked an employee what happened to my order. He said let me go check.. waited another 10 minutes. The restroom was filthy and nasty and No paper towels.. Horrible place and customer service!! I will never stop here again!!
Got my food and once I got home I noticed they made it wrong. They knew it and still gave it to me like that. Instead of at least changing out the bun they scrapped off the condiments thinking I wouldn’t notice.
