Oh gosh here I am again, not so great service for such a new nice store under four years old.I order today at 12.23.2023 06.50 am online great, on the way I get a sms it says order being prepared at 06.35 I get there arrive inside it is not there mind you me one other customer is here they order a sausage biscuit one item... It is not ready over fifteen minutes, they are furious telling me why it takes this long when over 4 employee cars are out front aside from mine and the customers in the photos attached. i waited over 30 minutes and It am the only one inside from them to get it wrong!! lazy manager to horrible customer skills service skills. i know they are lazy she even said to the coworkers who turned off the ringer on the phone. First order cheese on all and gave me two chili cheese not even my sausage breakfast second time made the complaint it is ready in five minutes. i have bad English typing but you get the hint. anyway Cheers hit or miss here the night crew is the worst one hour plus dříve through wait time also for them to get the order wrong like read the screen on no onions and cheese my god easy stuff.
As far as Whataburgers go, this was probably the nicest one I've been to in awhile. Very clean with very friendly staff. Food was put together neatly and not just thrown together. If you're traveling through this is the place to stop at
11/29/24 5:30ish PM Super clean! Girl at front counter was really nice/friendly/helpful! I’ve never seen a Whatabuger, even the Big one in Corpus Christi, with a cleaner restroom. There were a 6 star rating I’d give it.
Very good food. Fast service and good food for the money. Courteous staff. Driving home from a visit in Texas and stopped in this town for the evening. Second time here.
I know people give fast food places bad reviews, but, Everybody needs Grace and Patience, I know I do. I enjoy going to What-A-Burger there in Brandon, MS. They are open 24 hours and the store is clean. I just went there before going to the new Flash movie, very friendly cashier and I always see the long hair manger guy there too. I will go back again. Ms. Shalita who works the drive through is always so sweet and makes a great effort to make sure the order is correct every time I visit ! When I work late and have to pick between waffles and whataburger, I pick shalita. She's a kind soul who definitely deserves a raise !
This Location in my opinion, has to be the slowest run location out of all the locations I’ve been to between Mississippi and Texas, the management needs to be fired and replaced, or this location will not be in business in the days to come, this is not a first time observation, but at least four or five times that I’ve been here! Go next door, chick-fil-A
Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru after switching from the operable but intermittently used drive through lane. Everyone was angry. Chaos ensued. Two stars because it’s right next to a Chick-Fil-A.
