Don't order online from here and do pick up. You will wait another 15 minutes for your food that has been sitting. And yes I go and tell them my name to pick it up and they act like they don't care. Even get an attitude from them cause I ask for fresh fries cause have literally been sitting the whole time you wait. I understand they get busy and the work is hard but there is no leadership there and everyone is on their phone.
The food is always great, and service is usually good. However today I was in the drive through for almost 30 minutes and I even had to ask where my order was. I beginning to believe if we want to eat anywhere in the lower valley, we need to actually go in and eat.
They didn't bother to apologize on their behalf for their mistake on my order. Not only that but they yanked the food out of my partners hand without hearing her side of the story. We will never be coming back.
I ordered a salad and a #1 online I waited 10 minutes then went to curbside had to wait another 20 minutes had to get off and go ask for my order,they had a bunch of orders and looked like chickens with out the head didn't know wich order was wich one were im going to it's ridiculous to wait almost 30 minutes to get your order .Management should put more attention on who they leave running the place. IT was curbside
It's busy but the worker are really good at getting the line down just always double check order cuz sometimes they may forget but they are always very nice about it
From the service to the food, outstanding ????. The fries here are what McDonald’s USED to be. This location did a great job with making my first time AMAZING
girl at the drive thru was really rude, the manager came to talk to us & she dismissed us when we tired to speak with her about the issue. Wait time was too long.
