The food is good. We had the fried chicken and pork chops. The Mexican corn is a must try.
Burned biscuit crispy egg and limp soggy bacon. Horrible. Breakfast used to be good here but over the past couple months it’s been terrible. I can’t go here anymore. Your nasty food has officially chased me off to go to Chick-fil-A.
????????????I’m not sure what’s going on here I ordered a #25 with extra honey butter n fries instead of hash browns.. instead I believe I got a #5 with honey butter and cold fries???? idk what the lady was thinking. Burgers don’t come with honey butter or hash browns.. very upset had a long day at work and wanted some quick to eat before bed… lord Whataburger please do better
Disappointed! I have yet to go to a whataburger outside of Texas that can get an order right. This thought it was ok to let me have my food. Then wait 25 mins on coffee. Cuase she "forgot to turn the coffee machine on." This order was to go early in the morning. The manager on duty ended up refunding. Why said employee thought that it was ok enough to just say sorry and wall off. When i brought up, my food would be cold now. Since the manager on shift was doing a truck. She didn't see anything going on. I called the store for the manger to answer while in the parking lot to finally have this resolved, ultimately wasting an hour of our time. We could have been on the road driving.
For an Interstate fast food stop, the place was busy. Breakfast was served fast and hot. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean. The seating area needed attention as tables were covered in food waste. We were able to find a clean table to eat our meal and then head back out on the Interstate.
My daughters wanted to try Whataburger. We don’t have one in our hometown. They had the double cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger. The Lettuce, tomato and onions tasted fresh. The meat patty was good. The staff was nice. It’s A good fast food burger. It’s like a step up from the more popular fast food burger places we all know.
Awesome food always, and this whatabuger was quick and friendly service.
Let me thank Ms. Patty who gave me the first good experience I've had at this place in about 3 years. For the rest of you I believe it's time for a lesson in service and caring about your jobs. If it's training, train more. If it's pay, find a way to pay more. All we ask for is guests is to walk in and pay to be taken care of. That's your job. Be quick, be nice, give out great food, and the price won't matter. I experienced two idgaf attitudes in between talking with Patty. 1/3 actually cares. Honorable mentions include weird tea out front and no napkins. How kind.
