Rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but the people working at this Whataburger around 11:30pm on Sunday were top tier and need a raise.
Pros: The best taquito with cheese I’ve ever received from a Whataburger, great service and chill staff.
Cons: Biscuit was a little dry on the HBCB.
I usually do not have any problems with this particular Whataburger, but today was one of the worst experiences. I waited in line for over 40 minutes (I received a phone call at the start of my wait, and hung up shortly after). I ordered a bacon double steak sauce burger junior meal. They repeated it back to me, and when asked at the window, they told me the right order. I come home and open up my food to a completely different order that I found DISGUSTING. The bread was somehow soggy and bland at the same time. The meat looked GREY. I think I saved the poor sap this meal was intended for because this sandwich was REPULSIVE. I usually love this Whataburger, but I’m so disappointed and upset, and after working for 14 hours, too exhausted to even attempt to go and get this fixed. I would also like to add that the receipt on the bag said no onion on the “patty melt” yet there was still onions. How does that even make sense!
The food is what it is... My problem was with the service today... They left off one order of fries, and when I said something about it, it was made like I was trying to get a free order of fries. I overheard them talking about it and refused the fries when I saw someone.. One of them even said there's always a problem when The Sounds of Joy(Arc singing group) are there. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that particular Whataburger.
It’s after 11:30 PM on a Saturday. Long wait time to order food. Several cars are waiting. Team members are somewhat friendly, just slow overall.
Despite long wait times, food was pleasant and well prepared. I enjoyed my meal.
The staff acts as if customers do nit matter... they clearly do not care about anything. We waited ten minutes before anyone took our order and then when the person came out from the back he made a noise as if he was bothered by our presence. Then when the guy brought our food out he tried to give it to another family without calling out a name. The staff is currently in the back cursing and talking about how they messed up customers food on purpose... do not come here!!
This was my very first time going to Whataburger, so I'm not sure if my experience was typical but the staff was kind of rude and they left off a part of my order. I got the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger and for the most part it was delicious, the honey mustard was unfortunately heavy on the mustard and the pickles a bit too salty, but otherwise a solid sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the burger.
Despite the shortcomings of the sandwich I ordered and the service, I would definitely go back.
Y’all suck. Do better.
The developmentally challenged workers like to pull guns on people that challenge their 45 min - 1 hour wait times. Fast food ain’t so fast when the people working are incoherent ????????♀️
This location got me into the whataburger family, and the food, and I love them both.
The op cares a lot about his employees, and that spreads through to the other managers, and the employees as well.
I never ate whataburger before in my life. Now I can't recommend it well enough, to work or to eat.
