Huge shout out to Dexy, I hope I got her name right! She went above and beyond and was friendly and welcoming! Stop by to pick up my husband some lunch and my mom asked for. Senior coffee. Instead of them telling her no, or we don’t have it they made her a fresh pot!! We would have never asked her to do that but thankful she did. Highly recommend!
Waited almost 30 minutes for our food.... not fast food at all, and it was 2 kids' meal burgers and a double cheese burger. Not hard at all! Also, I about got diabetes when I took a sip of my Half&Half unsweetened sweetened tea! It was more like Sweetea with a bag full of syrup added to it.... Honestly, I think my money would've been spent better elsewhere.
First off, HUGE SHOUT OUT TO RYAN A., this MAN was awesome. Now, understand...we decided to pick up a late dinner after delivering packages for Amazon, instead of cooking...we went to a different restaurant and the boy at the drive thru intercom was horribly rude and kept asking ANYTHING ELSE with a horrible attitude because we were ordering even more food. My wife is PREGNANT so let her eat!, we said screw this let's go to our BETTER place WHAT A BURGER! Ryan A was so helpful, patient, respectful, kind and didn't rush in any way NOR did he ever say ANYTHING ELSE!? Great job MAN, this MAN deserves a raise. Like I've heard, treat your employees well and pay them well and you'll see how AWESOME they work for you. By the way, the place we went to before yall was ???? in a box. Food was AMAZING by the way, truly hit the spot.
Dexter handled our order in the drive through tonight (4:26a). We are incredibly grateful for his pleasantries, patience and diligence taking our order! You have an incredible gem working for your establishment! With all do respect, if he hasn't gotten a raise yet, he most certainly is deserving! I usually buy the chicken sandwich it's delicious once in a while a burger and fries friendly workers love it
I would expect workers to have a bad night, we all do. Yet, every time I've visited this place I am treated like I'm bothering them. Long wait times at the counter until someone comes from the back. They don't read tickets so I'm constantly missing something. It seems like they are over-worked and just don't care anymore. They don't even bother to keep the front of the store clean, why should the back be any better? I've given them plenty of chances, can't do it anymore. Avoid this store.
Ordered a #5 today M,L,P only and it did not come the way I ordered. Also was not fresh to order. My cheese didn't melt. Bacon was crunchy old. I work near this whataburger and come here often and I'm often disappointed. My burger looks old and I just got it 5 mins ago lol I've had a raw pattymelt, "fresh" coffee at 11am ,was from the morning batch, black and burnt. I won't be back to this location. It needs better management.
This Whataburger has courteous customer service. They smile and treat you like a decent human being. Their food is always fresh and hot. I've yet to come across old food here.
This Whataburger team does an outstanding job having to handle childish adult behavior. I mean rude customers. Children or no children, these people have no shame.
It is obvious they are looking for trouble with free food. Then they leave the tables dirty. No respect.
