This team doesn’t understand how to execute curbside, the TM came to the car and handed us a bag, then tried to remember my bf’s name without the receipt, then asked if we were there to pick up an order…the bag was already in his hand!
Additionally they have messed up order twice now. Apparently they can’t grill anything because grilled jalapeños were missing from our burger and grilled onions missing from our chicken sandwich. Fries were bad, soggy; so much so they were molded into a small brick in the large fry box because they weren’t holding crispy shape because they’re old. This restaurant is consistently bad. Watch the camera at 10:20pmish; you’ll see a whole slew of crew in the lobby, not sure clocked out or what but definitely not focusing on the quality or accuracy of my food.
It already sucks with how much we have to pay for stuff these days. When you get ripped of on your food due to the store being lazy or cheap, it just ridiculous, Whataburger I have always been a customer and will no longer be. What a rip off 2 tiny slivers of bacon on both my wife and mine. Just do better and stop trying to save a buck you will retain your customer better!
Food usually cold… I’ve only been to this location later at night 8pm-12pm but always cold. Especially fries. Pretty much uneatable. This last time they got the order wrong as well. Giving up on this location ????????♂️
Brand new store. Young crew but they were very polite and the place was clean. They only made one small mistake but it wasn't a big deal. Hope they can keep this place as nice as it is for a long time to come. Will definitely be back.
I ordered the chicken honey biscuit, and it was a major disappointment. This used to be a good breakfast sandwich, but no more. What I received was a biscuit with a tiny breaded lump in it. I cut the lump open, and there was about a tablespoon of chicken coated in a really thick overcooked batter. I ended up discarding the tiny chicken bite and put strawberry jam on the biscuit.
I only ordered one burger,
I was the only person in Line.
I was charged for bacon and avocado.
The lady who wears sunglasses at night in the drive-thru took my order in a sarcastic manner.
My burger had everything on it that I didn't want and nothing that I paid extra for.
$11 down the drain.
I can't come back after being disrespected like this on Purpose.

Different people work here than in 2022. These people are not as good. I gave five stars in the past. But this year, this restaurant has gone down. Service is way slower, cashiers are ruder, workers are confused, and food quality isn’t as good. Workers sit in dining tables have their feet up on chairs.
I go to In-n-Out now. I came here today because I had a coupon. This experience isn’t worth the coupon. This meal, I waited 23 minutes.
[8/17/2023 4:35 AM] Don’t waste your time coming to this place early morning. this isn’t 24 hour restaurant for indoor dining. I went to the one on the Highway 75, that was opened.

Patty Melt, medium drink and medium fries. Hard to go wrong with this combo.
Food was good but not great.
Employees I interacted with were polite and attentive.
Store is both older and high traffic and could use a touch-up/deep clean in the dinning room and rest room. This plus having to run a gauntlet of panhandlers in the parking lot are the main issue I had.
