Welcoming environment. I love to see teamwork, clean stocked condiments area.. most of all is great to see a Manager implement excellent customer service and lead by example. He was out there helping team members. The food was fresh and hot. Great place to grab a quick bite when shopping. Or just a great burger and positive at atmosphere.
Sad when you wait 15 minutes for this... you would think they would be embarrassed to serve this yet I showed the manager and all he had to say for it literally was sorry. One word sorry. Didn't even offer to make it right so I asked for a refund and will never be back to this location on 528. Use to be my go to but never again. Obviously they don't appreciate the business to not even offer a real explanation or to try to make things right. Makes me wonder how that guy is even a manager serving this...
I love Whataburger because I can order one of their salads & still eat healthy, but they offer regular burgers & sandwiches, fries & onion rings that are quite tasty. What I enjoy the most about this fast food chain is the fact they are open 24/7. My most recent visit I went with friends after I had performed a high-energy 3 hour set & needed something to eat before heading home. Whataburger is one of the only restaurant/fast food places open after midnight. I have always been treated very nicely by all staff at every location I have visited.
Waited 15 minutes (line was not long) for a large cold and greasy fry and a patty melt….. that was not melted. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been here 3 different times and the other location whips this location.
The cashier was new but he was professional and apologized for the long wait.
Came here on a Wednesday around 2pm . People were getting out the drive through line because it was to long of a wait so I parked and went in, the line had several people in line and the lady working register rolling her eyes saying there’s to many people. Really need to work on staffing because you lost several customers due to , to long of a wait
The guy at the counter I think was a shift leader. Super friendly made our order perfect.Great Job my Father even told him a personal thank you. We had a perfect visit. There is a wataburger in Rio Rancho we will never got to that place again.We love this location great service freely people and the order was Perfect.
Walked in to order. Line was long, 6 of us waiting to order, I could not figure out why the line was not working. Come to find out manager had let someone go on break without leaving an open till for the employee inside to take our orders. When I asked her for the corporate number she was very rude about it and said 1-800 burger. It wasn't even a complete phone number. I will say the kid named Eric had excellent customer service and maybe he should be a manager or lead. It's important for customers to feel valued, heard and welcomed.
5:20am I ordered a pancake platter took 10-15 min to get it and the pancakes are raw terrible service and attitude from workers on duty
