The only place you can order French Fries or a Hashbrown in a Taco and NOT have a Mexican look at you funny
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I sent it back, I saw too many flies in the restaurant flying back and forth to the front of the counter and back where the cooking areas is at and I got grossed out.
Update...went to get my FREE breakfast bowl. Flies were flying all over the place. Be sure to order with gravy on the side. Mine came with gravy all over....taste HORRIBLE!!! They must use OLD biscuits in the bowls...could not cut bread.
The COST of whataburgers continue to rise and the meat continues to get thinner.
I asked for grilled onions. NO GRILLED ONIONS on the burger but there was plenty of lettuce.
The value is no longer in their product.
Whataburger makes a pretty good breakfast sandwich. I won a free one at the Hooks game, and definitely would’ve paid for another one.
This whataburger is so busy! They're always working so hard. It's very easy for a restaurant with this much traffic to make a few mistakes.. but what I found the most incredible about this place is how respectful the associates are and how quickly they fix the issues.
That's why this place gets a full five star review. Hector made sure that my concerns were heard and fully delivered his end. Joshua was at the front and as a cashier, as the first face the customer sees; he was diligent and professional as well as over the top helpful.
Thank you for maintaining the spirit of great customer service in the restaurant business. It if far and few these days. 10/10 would eat here again.
I can't give a star the management sucks they are too busy trying to get orders out that they're not doing nothing right the french fries are cold they charge so much for a freaken meal at least they can do is get it right. and it's always the one on gollihar.. every other Whataburger restaurant no but Whataburger on gollihar sucks
We ordered doordash from this Whataburger once charged $54 through doordash after the charge they rerouted the order to another Whataburger and then charge us another dollars for a total of $108 out of my buddy's account. So after an $108 they still didn't deliver the food I called and made a huge complaint to the manager she said well we got the order sitting right here let me just go ahead and make that for you and we'll send it right over or no we went to pick it up the food was horrible made us sick cokes we're flat.Top it all off it was my birthday.Bieng a short order cook for 20 yrs this manager and staff obviously didn't give a shit and sent the old food.Whataburger is notorious for management and cooks like this good luck if your eating there
I am very specific with my order and they always get it right on point. Even separating the two halves.. The one and only Whataburger...
