Every table was dirty either underneath, on chair or on the table. My chicken was overcooked and not what I usually get. They forgot to give us drink cups for 4 meals. My wife and daughter slipped on the floor grease but thankfully didn’t fall. Not up to my expectations.
We traveled 160 miles for some Whataburger, and it did not disappoint. The dining area was spotless and the food was delicious. Leaving as a family of 6 for under $50 and full is darn near impossible these days.
Extremely rude and dismissive when ordering what I've ordered for months just because she wasn't familiar with it. And the onion rings were almost black... Liked they had been cooked in bad oil. Oh, they were. Not a great experience and my dog threw up his meal, leading me to believe they tampered with it. Worst experience ever.
This is the worst Whataburger I’ve been too . They started off good but have significantly declined . My fries have never been fresh , last week my fries were wayyyy too salty & the wait is always terrible whether there are people in line or not. My drink was okay . Burger isnt always hot & the bun in sometimes dry/hard . This whataburger is so inconsistent! I do not recommend!!!
I decided to try since I was in the area and heard good things....I was not impressed at all. The patty was good great flavor but the bun was dry and heavy and blocked the flavor of everything else quite a bit. The fries were in tiny pieces not fresh at all. Ive never had a burger destroyed by it's bun.
If I can give a zero stars I would I went to get a breakfast burger I normally inspect my food before eating but this time I didn’t. I took a bite and seen a huge egg shell in my Sandwhich. I would understand if it was a small egg shell but it’s all over the egg!!
Ordered a bacon cheese burger with no mustard and extra mayo. Got home loaded with mustard and no mayo at all. This will be the last I buy any type of fast food. Yes I know I should have checked but this was not a complicated order! You all want 20.00 but can’t get the simplest order correct and it’s not just here it’s EVERY fast food places!
This place was in bad shape Sunday afternoon when we were there. The photos won't do it justice. The floors felt like the fry grease had been dumped on the floor, there was urine all over the bathroom floor, trash everywhere. They were out of straws and large lids - I asked for those. Ryan W was doing the best he could, he didn't have a chance with as filthy was the place was. I think he was the only one there working, kudos to him. Ryan needs a raise. His manager was walking outside on her phone the whole time it took 25 minutes for us to get out food. Three items were missing from our order. I love Whataburger, and dine there when we are in the area, but this was bad and gross.
