Worst location I’ve ever been to. If they get your order right feel lucky. I’ve now been to this location probably 6-7 times and they’ve gotten my order correct 1 time!! It’s not even difficult pickles and cheese only and they load it up with mustard. Went inside once to get an order fixed and the cooks were more concerned with their phones and talking to the other employees than they were looking at the orders. Wait times are also absolutely terrible also may take 5 mins or 30 never know how it’s going to be.
I ordered 3 double burgers and one triple, all with cheese and ALL with NO seasoning salt, as we can’t have it, and 1 with grilled onions. I stressed the No Salt at least 3 times. They totally ignored my requests and added a ton of salt to all the burgers, left off the cheese on one and didn’t grill the onions. This is the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been too. They cooked whatever they wanted although I was the paying customer. I gave them 1 star only because I couldn’t give them a NO star.
Recently went to whataburger with my parents. Suffice to say I'm NEVER GOING BACK. While waiting for our food to be done, the guy making the fries stepped out of the kitchen to interact with another customer. He proceeded to touch said customers hair ????. He then went back to cooking and DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES. When he returned back to the kitchen he proceed to toich his face and nose WITH THE SAME GLOVES.We were disgusted by that. He then brought us our food. We atleast managed to eat the burgers but we did not want to eat the fries. I ended up throwing my fries away because I did not want to eat them. While eating our burgers we observed him do other things with the same gloves. He took out the trash and cleaned around the restraunt. Not once did he change his gloves. He kept the same ones on the entire time. We informed the manager and he didn't even care. Atleast the female cashier was nice. She wanted to redo our order but we told her we didn't want that. We just wanted to point out that it was disgusting what the guy did. DO NOT RECOMMED EATING HER. STAY FAR AWAY. I was tempted to make a call to the health department about but I chose to leave it be. Never going back here again. That manager also needs retraining. When a customer brings a complaint you take it seriously and not brush it off saying "there's nothing you can do, there's hairs flying everywhere all the time" that just makes him arrogant. He knows what that guy did was wrong amd did not do anything or say anything to the guy. Unfortunately we did not catch any names so. But if I could give zero stars I would.
We came here to get my wife & kids some food, we waited about 30 min in the drive through which wasn't a big deal. But after getting home I saw my kids & wife food, it was completely raw. First & last time coming to here.
Honey butter chicken biscuits were dryer than death. Even when specifically ordered with extra sauce. Employees here are incompetent or don't care or both
This restaurant is very clean. Another great part is the restroom. It's a one-seater(for females, at least, not sure about the male side), and it's maintained very well. Coming off of a weekend campout, it was nice to have a proper, clean restroom, surprisingly available at a fast food location. We didn't get food here, but the tea is also top notch. I don't have photos of the restaurant, but the sunset from the parking lot was amazing!
The place was very clean and service was great. Food was really good too.
I should have known better than to have gone back here again but I was farther from my usual whataburger location. New employee, very sweet, we asked for assistance on the app from her coworker who came with an attitude. Totally misunderstood that I needed to add my rewards. Just bad experience again. Never again.
