Stopped by this location driving around and found their personnel efficient and upbeat. The food was far better than my usual location (hot burger and fresh fries). I was asked what and how many condiments I wanted so they could actually punch it in (no charge). They were all on my tray when it was brought to my table but I forgot to mention pepper and napkins and found none when I looked for them. I had to go to the counter to ask for them and was told they keep everything at the counter now. Not a big deal but I'm my opinion it's another drastic penny pinching tactic from a now-corporate owned restaurant... So long to the "Family Owned and Operated Since 1950" feel.
Josefina was my cashier and took care of my order. There was a slight miscommunication with which breakfast combo that I ordered but Josefina took care of it and made it correct right away. The food was excellent. Prices are very competitive with other similar fast food restaurants.
Jonah who was working the drive through had excellent customer service! He seemed genuinely happy to be there. First time in a long time I had a kind, patient person take my order!
1 because 0 wasn't an option. Total time sitting in drive-through was 30 mins. 20 mins before the order was taken. But I was committed by this time.
Received order eventually,
Incorrectly wrapped, sloppy, and cold. CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED. Asked, when I got to window I asked if they were ok in there, or if they were being held up?, his reply, no, we are out of a lot of stuff, and it's making it hard on them. Employees were goofing off when I got to the window. They had the ingredients for my order. However, they lacked any knowledge of customer service or company policies. Let alone bagging. No condiments or napkins. Good money for, Absolutely Nothing.
Won't be back to this location to waste more time or money.
The sad thing is that a family member has been in hospital since Tuesday, with multiple trips to and from the hospital daily, as well as shifting schedules to accommodate their pets.
I haven't had much time to eat all week. I not only wanted that burger, but I needed it. I'm going to bed at 12:45, and I'm still hungry. Ugh!
Hot fresh, made to order every time, Fast food?, oh my, my, my, where?
My visit today was Excellent Customer Service from Carolyn and my food was fresh and hot!!! Kristie gave Great support as a Manager also, when trying to use coupon!!!! 5star Service !
Everything was excellent until high school was dismissed. More supervision is needed during this time. Group of young men went to restroom to smoke and came out smelling like a whole bottle of cologne ???? they sat next to my daughter and I and I immediately felt sick to my stomach. All the guys were coughing up a storm.
Its awesome . The people there are friendly and kind. If a mistake is made they are always willing to fix it! Sometimes wait is a bit long. That mostly depends on time of day .
This wataburger is a hit or miss. At some point they did better than the wataburger on pipeline, lately not so much. I get a wataburger and sub the bun for Texas toast. The toast ends up being white bread and not toast. They have been consistently giving me white bread that isn’t toasted. I don’t want to eat a soggy burger. The fries go between being nice and fresh, cold but still crispy, to yeah this has been sitting out for a while mushy. The vanilla shake is good, I wouldn’t recommend the strawberry though. This wataburger also takes foreverrrrrrrrr to get orders out. I will say that the people taking orders are nice, especially a guy with a British accent, he was very friendly.
