I give the food to stars Gracie my order should be crispy toast coming soft, The onion rings fried with old oil I can't eat it. we are 3 people I asked for ketchup They give me only three small packet, The servers nice place clean restroom clean. overall i'll give them 2 stars.
First time dining at this location. Arrived at 12:55 after lunch. No line. 3 staff members walked by the front counter never acknowledging that I was in the room. Waited 5 minutes, nobody would take an order. Got awkward standing at a blank counter so long with people walking by, so walked out to go go the many other options in the area.
Slow service. Waited 16 minutes for biscuits and gravy Whatameal only to find a big black hair ????.
Not just at this Whataburger but every one I've been to in metro Phoenix the food quality is poor as is service.
It's sad when McDonalds biscuits are superior to Whataburger. Look at the Pic of the biscuit and how flat, dry and hard it is.
Why is it that Chick Fi la and in and out burger can provide quality food and service when Whataburger cannot? One word - Management.
Never again!!! Avoid this restaurant.
I took a bite of a chicken strip sandwich and noticed the chicken was raw!!! This is what happens when you employ careless, irresponsible, and incompetent people. You’re putting people’s health at risk. This is your late night crew at work (1:30am). Totally unacceptable!!
Whataburger is becoming my alternative to meeting at Starbucks! First they're open 24-hours, serve good food (breakfast for 12 of those hours!) with a bright cheery atmosphere. This morning, I got their jalapeno cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich with sausage, hash browns, and a side of gravy. YUM.

My daughter ordered a Whataburger meal. Opened the wrapper and there was a small nail inside the wrapping with the burger, My daughter could have eaten it. We went back to explain what had occurred and show the nail and wrapping. The reply was this "if the nail was from there it would have been larger". Not the response we were expecting. They did replace the meal and gave my daughter a free apple pie.
This is a large, for $4.30. Take your money elsewhere til these places learn what a large looks like. What a joke. The second picture is how much ice they put in it. A small drink worth of liquid.
David facilitated darn near one of the best fast food experiences i've ever had!! This close to Pheonix AND at a whataburger with a-WHATTA-TWO-LANE track !!!!. Life is surely full of suprises.
I feel like essentially fast food. Mayhem has just been turned into a little slice of soul food. God loving american cuisine before my eyes. If I were a citizen of the vatican at apply to make this a miracle
