This Whataburger is the SLOWEST Whataburger in Houston. Got 5-6 people working the drive through at night & I’ve been waiting for almost 40 minutes. They told me they were waiting for my hash browns. 40 minutes for hashbrowns. Told them to forget the hash browns. Ended up giving me onion rings. I’m allergic to onions.
They always make me feel like I am bothering them when placing my order. There is always something wrong with my orders. This time the bread on my burger was overcooked/burnt. The meat was broken in 3 pieces and placed inside my bread. I asked for grilled onions and the onions were overcooked/burnt. It seems like the employee's don't care and don't want you to go back and bother them. Appearantly, management doesn't care either because nothing ever changes. I have been to many other Whataburger restaurants and am always happy with my visits there but this one on 45 and Little York always disappoints. I don't recommend this location at all , but if you stop by, good luck!
This is so disgusting ???? none of my family has black hair we all have red hair. For me to spend over $30 and I find a big black hair in my burger is so unsanitary it makes me sick. My stomach is so turned right know ???? and I tried to call y’all and it says y’all are closed ????♀️
One of the best whataburger experiences I have had in a long time.. Everybody is clearly working and working hard to achieve the same team objective. Not only was my custom order perfect but it was served promptly with good mannerism. I'm writing this review because these are the things our society as a whole is lacking presently and I believe we need to recognize and reward these simple things.
Went through drive thru and it was extremely slow. The girl taking orders sounded as if first day and maybe it was but the condition of food when received was laughable. I’m in a car so I order a taquito so it’s not messy. It was not even wrapped up.. Messy sloppy and slow. On the positive side the food was warm and very good. But presentation and service needs a lot of work.
The two girls that work the window around 2 pm on 11/18/2023 are just plain disrespectful. They literally were laughing at me and making me feel uncomfortable. On top of that I had to wait 15 minuets for my order and the food was overcooked. Chicken strips look liked they been re dipped in the oil. Bad customer service and experience over all.
Ordered breakfast, before meeting with a client. Very understaffed causing an abnormal wait time vs other locations. The lady did finally help me just started her shift. She was a sweetheary, but the other crew just looked my way. I almost left without ordering.
The experience here was one out of a low budget movie . The employees are not responsive or welcoming . I was not told welcome, ill be right with you, good morning not even a go to H€ll. I waited for 25 mins for a pick up , the girl in the last season highlighter vest was extremely slow and making excessive amounts of food and just placing them to the side for casper to eat while the customers starve and die. Whatabuger police please raid this dump. Sincerely , a concerned beautiful young woman.
