We visited this Whataburger yesterday. It was very clean. The restrooms were very clean. We ordered the honey chicken breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. It was oozing with the honey sauce. Highly recommend. The lady at the counter was very nice and courteous. They bring your order to the table and they come armed with condiments to offer you.
It's fast food yes, but, i mean, as far as fast food goes, this place does great! Hot, fresh and very very pleasant and polite employees. This is the best whataburger i have been to in a very long time.
Clean place respectfully employees and friendly customer's especially the owner offering free sodas or coffee no donuts won't mind going next time again when we travel to Del Rio in a few weeks.

My very first Whataburger experience was right here in Del Rio and it did not disappoint! I got the Whataburger Jr, a classic small cheeseburger, and munched on some fries. Great presentation, friendly and helpful service, and a clean environment for enjoying our meal. What a burger indeed!
I'm a US army veteran Whataburger is open 24/7 I was told to walk through the drive-thru line to place an order putting myself in danger and I'm a disabled veteran what if I would have got hit by a car I'm a native Texan this is how they treat veterans I did not give him any harm I did not cuss at them but they laughed at me at the window...,, if you're a veteran I would not want to eat there talk to the manager and all he could say was sorry I don't look for anything for free the manager in that location is being run to hell this is how you treat veterans I can just imagine how they treat elderly people.,
They almost forgot half my order. I asked the manager to recheck my order when they brought the rest of the food they almost forgot. They also got one of my breakfast burger wrong. I had to go back so they could make it right. I even asked the cashier to please be sure to tell the grill people how I want it when I placed my order. She didn't do it
Busy, but fast. Very courteous and attentive to special requests during a peak service time. Family was overall pleased so we will be returning periodically.
