It’s been years since I had fast food, particularly from a burger joint. This was my 1st experience. This is a fairly new spot for the Buford Exchange area and much needed competition for Five Guys and Ted’s. The store was clean and the cashier was absolutely wonderful, attentive and clear. A Big shout out to Manager Zuniga, well done. However, the burger ???? was burnt, extra charred, thin, and lacked flavor. The bun was gummy indicative of lots of sugar, more bun taste than meat. I came home and switched out for my own brioche bun. The fries ???? and onion rings were sub-par and reminded me of frozen potatoes/onions. I probably won’t be back because it was so disappointing and not the standard. Now the price was reasonable and probably $10 cheaper than Five Guys and $20 cheaper than Ted’s. On positive note, Friday evenings, the car and foot traffic is insane meaning it’s loved and have a serious clientele. With that, try for yourself but I would recommend spending next door near Starbucks or head to old faithful across from the Mall. IMO.
Terrible service!!!!! First and last time here. The wait line is crazy 40 minutes waiting in the drive through for 2 sandwiches!!?? The sandwich and fries was cold I had to use my microwave, test was good to be honest feel fresh and thanks good. the lady in the window have a freaking rude and sarcastic attitude. The service and food there sucks, very poor they don’t have any idea how many cars leave to the line. Feel bad for owners, poor. that’s why the store score in google make sense and the price insane
Euphansia was informative and personable. Very welcoming. First time eating here. Love the fact that food is cooked to order. Didn't mind the wait. Double patty melt with onion rings. Delicious.
Extremely long wait in the first lane of the drive thru. The Runner kept trying to give me other people's food, to add insult to injury, the car behind me got their food before me. Then to top it all off, I got an extremely chunky mustard soaked burger with ice cold French fries. I had to go inside to get fresh ones. If I wanted to go in the restaurant to order, I wouldn't have gotten in line at the drive thru. I don't feel singled out tho... They were messing everyone's orders up. Disappointed in the extreme!!
I went thru the drive thru, and it was my first time ordering. There were 2 lanes open and no one in the other lane, so it was slower than I have seen here. So I decided to order. I asked for the #1 meal and asked if the sandwich has cheese. (I am allergic.) The girl taking the order just kept repeating, "Is that a meal?" and I kept saying yes, and does it have cheese? Finally, she put it on the order and said no cheese. Then I asked what kind of drinks. She waited a few minutes and then said coke products. I ordered a coke Zero and then asked for fries. She kept interrupting me, asking ," Is that all" on repeat. I kept saying no. Then she said , " What a few times" soil pulled closer to the speaker and raised my voice so she could hear, since she was having so much trouble hearing. When she came back to repeat what I ordered, she was yelling. I told her that it was unnecessary to yell. I can hear you fine. I raised my voice since you are the one having trouble hearing.
The food was hot and fresh, a little too much mustard for my taste. I am not sure I would have ordered avacado if I had known it was mashed and overpowered by the mustard flavor. The fries were crisp and hot, not too much seasoning. The brownie was not made fresh or in-house but prepacked with whataburger wrapper. The top was a little dry, but the brownie was soft and moist inside.inside. Last thing I have to say is they did not even provide a receipt.
I order a bacon cheese Whats burger and a dbl Jr Whataburger Meal with cheese. The fries where cold. The jr tasted better then the bacon and cheese. The lettuce was from the core and not good at all. The pickles were sour and didn’t taste well paired with the burger. The buns were well buttered and the only thing that seemed to have been made per order.
The order took roughly 12 mins after ordering. I would not recommend.
The service was very slow and the person taking our order was a tad impatient. They forgot my son’s chocolate milk so we had to go back. The food was ok but I found a tiny hair on an onion. I’d just like to assume we picked a bad day to go, not saying I wouldn’t come again. Maybe on a slow day. My son didn’t like the grilled cheese but enjoyed the fries!
Overall, I was underwhelmed by this place. Since it was my first visit, I decided to dine in. It was absolutely freezing inside, so I'm not sure I'd dine in again. Every time I've tried to go previously, the wait has been too long so this time I went in the middle of the day and it was relatively slow. Even though it wasn't packed, the service was pretty slow and then my order was incorrect. I had to wait a while longer for someone to help me to correct it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and an apple pie. The sandwich was good but the fries were not. They were too salty. They also weren't hot.Maybe if they'd been hot, I would have liked them more. The apple pie was pretty good. The people with me ordered burgers, onion rings, and a cinnamon roll. The burgers are large and were just okay, not great. The onion rings weren't good. No flavor. The cinnamon roll was also good. I may try it one more time, to try the breakfast.
