Service was fast, food was great. Not enough good things to say about this place.
Stopped by here for a quick dinner during the week. It wasn't crowded and was able to quickly order at the self-kiosk. The kiosk was easy to use and allowed all the customizations you could ask for at the register.
Ordered a Cobb Salad with a spicy chicken filet and grilled jalapenos. I didn't realize the chicken would be fried, but was still good. I grabbed a table tent and grabbed a seat. Within 5 minutes, my salad was brought to my table. Salad was pretty big full of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, egg, bacon, and the chicken and jalapenos I added. It was good and relatively healthy for a fast food restaurant.
Service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and was able to get in and out.
Burger was really good! Onion rings tasted like metal. Brownie was okay. Chili fries were just okay too.
Yesterday I ordered a meal and I used points to pay for it so it was completely free. But, I ordered the meal for delivery, so I was charged fees and stuff and tipped the delivery driver through the app. I noticed though that no driver was assigned to it and it kept saying it would be delivered between so and so. When that time had passed I called the store and asked them what was going on. Favor was going to deliver my meal, but no driver showed up. So the person I spoke to on the phone, asked for my address and said someone was going to deliver it to me and to keep my phone handy so they could call me for directions!
I kick myself because I’m horrible at remembering names and she wore a name tag but I can’t recall what her name was, nor do I know who it was a spoke to. But, I’m here to say that this Whataburger is great. The lady delivering my meal was so sweet! We go from time to time, mostly through the DT or have food delivered by a third party. But they went above and beyond to get me my meal, when favor failed to have someone pick it up. Then I was also refunded the money for the fees and tip I had paid in the app.
Great job you guys, me and my kids will keep coming!
Already has happened many times ay this store. Used to come here often but they just can’t seem to get the orders right. Ordered a double with bacon and cheese and I got a grilled chicken sandwich ?????????????????????? What’s going on???! Very sad very disappointed and very upset.
I eat here almost every night after I work out at Planet fitness next door and Adarius is the best. He’s got a great attitude and an awesome vibe to him. He’s respectful and he works hard. Keep it up G. I appreciate him and his hard work.

I went through the drive-through at 11:20Pm and ordered a large water with no ice. The girl at the window for some reason lied to me and said they normally charge $4 for water but said she would let it slide this time. Water is FREE $0.00 in the app and in ALL the stores. If she just didn’t know I understand but apparently, she’s been charging normally people $4 for water.
