Every location is just a little bit different yet from my experience always consistent. I really like this location for convenience. Great people, Excellent food whether a breakfast taqitos or a Whataburger, Fries and Drink, always delicious. Go ahead, treat yourself to a Whataburger! You deserve a break! Enjoy.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I don’t leave bad reviews but after having a burger remade 3 times, and the cook still can’t get it right. I called and the Manager offers me a free meal when I return. I live 2 hours from this location so you know I will never stop at this location again.
I’ve been going to this Whataburger for years and never disappointed like tonight. The guy taking our order was great. We get to the cashier and she gives us our change but only the cash. Not the coins. I had to ask her for it before we left. How can she assume it’s ok to keep people change. Got home and the fries are cold and the burger I ordered Jalapeño cheese burger was wrong. And there was like 3 jalapeños and 2 pickles. Really…
I'M BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! It's been 10 years since my kids and I have been back in Houston and all we wanted was Whataburger. Just for us to get it and be disappointed. For years this was my favorite restaurant. The burgers DID NOT taste like meat. The bread had a weird taste of chemicals. DO BETTER!
I stop at this store when I am out running errands. But this is the 3rd time that my order was incorrect. I always order the #8 combo with large half-cut tea and only lettuce, tomato and mayo on my burger. However, the grill people ALWAYS screw it up! They have out cheese on my burger, another time it had everything on it but was missing a meat patty. Today, they got the lettuce, tomato and mayo right but AGAIN they left off a meat patty. I am so fed up with this. The receipt shows my order exactly as I requested it. WHY can't the personnel read the receipt and get the order right? I paid for food that I did NOT GET!
First time at Whataburger visiting from San Diego. It did not disappoint. The staff was helpful and friendly. I feel like if you go to a random fast food place and ask for a recommendation they'd look at you crazy but they were so nice. I was recommended the patty melt and really enjoyed it. Thank for the rec Serena!
This is horrible service, my dad who’s in his 70s attempted to order a burger with no bacon. No bacon was repeated multiple times by the cashier and my father. This is very important being a Muslim family. Instead of no bacon we received nothing but bacon on the burger. I feel this was done intentionally after no bacon on the burger was repeated by the cashier multiple times.
Fries are ALWAYS cold & OLD!! Tastes like they've been sitting in fry basket forever, not to mention, for the most part they are short & broken!!????smdh
